My rose tree arrived very healthy. It had new growth and several roses on it. Since planting, it is thriving and has a lot of roses. I'm very impressed with Fast-growing Trees and definitely recommend them.
Plants sat at FedEx in SC for 5 days. I wrote and asked to cancel order and recall shipment as Northern California started a 10-day extreme heatwave. No one answered that email! Shipment finally arrived 11 days AFTER FedEx originally picked it up. One plant obviously dead upon arrival. Shipping box damaged! Potting soil around the tree was no longer in the pot it was strewn throughout box and a plastic bag that was around the pot. So now I play the efing waiting game to see if the tree will survive. Waste of money. I'll purchase local going forward and just live with what is available in my area. Your plants aren't free and much better care should be taken with them.

The experience was easy for me but I was disappointed in the product I received. I was going to contact them but read you only have 5 days from date of delivery to contact them if you have a problem. Some of my plants look really bad and I'm hoping they will be okay. I spent over $2k on these plants.

I ordered 2 butterfly bushes and they arrived extremely stressed and dried out. Once I contacted Fast growing trees through the chat feature they were promptly replaced and I am looking forward to next year's growth.
Bought peach, cherry trees with raspberry bushes for new orchard. All the trees and plants came in good condition. I also bought roses and hydrangea bushes.
The first Kwanzan Cherry tree that I received was in poor shape. I called customer care. There was actually a fungus, called Cherry Tree Spot, observed on the leaves. I thought that it would be okay if I planted it and treated with a copper fungicide as recommended. Within a few days it was obvious that the tree was having a major problem. I called back and provided additional photos of the tree to show the decline. The tree was replaced. This time it was a very healthy specimen with a great shape and ready for planting. It's been in a week and it's doing great! Although I was disappointed with the condition of the original tree, the Company certainly made things right and they stood behind their guarantee. The Customer Care person was attentive, courteous and helpful. I would definitely purchase from Fast Growing Trees again in the future.
I have purchased many trees from you and always find that they arrive well-packaged and VERY quickly after being dug or potted, with moist soil and abundant greenery. My most recent weeping redbud purchase had absolutely no planting shock and looks fantastic in the ground.,

First plant arrived in not great shape. The replacement was worse and the soils from the pot was completely off the pot and inside the zip tied plastic wrap. Both plants did not look good and we are trying to save it. Hope I am able to because they were not cheap.
I had two plants (out of 25) not make it. Getting replacement plants was easy and smooth.

I had ordered a tree. I prepared the spot for it. There was an offer to add. I took it. It was delivered promptly. The main thing I ordered is has still not arrived, nor a word of when. How long must I wait for my main item ordered.
I order several hundred dollars worth of trees. The first shipment several were broken in transport, the have been three separate replacements. Thank you for that. The trees just aren't thriving. I regret the decision to purchase fruit trees online. I don't think they will survive.

I got a tree infested with pests, emailed and sent photos of the pests and was sent a new tree. The new tree had a bunch of dead leaves fall upon delivery and what appeared to be good leaves but every leaf has dropped off in the past few weeks of having it. I'm disappointed but not surprised based on other reviews not found on the official site. My blueberries arrived super damaged with fungus/ mold all in the soil but it seems like it's making a comeback after being repotted so I'm at least happy it's coming back with being repotted.
I get ads for BOGO trees. I *think* I'm doing everything right to get my 2 trees for the price of one but apparently I'm not clicking the right thing or you can only use a coupon code when you're not getting a free tree, I don't Know. But twice now I've managed to not choose the right option and only received one tree. So we're on a break, fastgrowingtrees. It's not you, it's me. I'm going broke.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
