The customer service agent was wonderful but the plant meant to replace the first order arrived totally dead.

Underwhelmed overall. Ordered three trees. Could tell they were though the ringer from shipping. Some dried up leaves upon arrival but not totally unexpected.

Ginkgo had virtually no roots. Essentially a leafed-out bare root plant shoved in some media.

Sycamore has a significant curve to it which will eventually be a weak point.

River birch was basically a shrug with no defined leaders, and about 6 weak, non-directional stems all at wild, flat angles. Hopefully will correct themselves once pruned to three.

Let me be the first to share why I gave a 4 star rating. The reason is the pricing who can I understand completely that shipping is expensive but some of the items are quite pricey. Yes I have have had some bad luck with certain plants but some that I have gifted to family members has knocked their expectations out of the park. The online plant support has been awesome as well. I have spent a lot of money for both my yard and surprise plants for ky mom who loves the lavender so much that even my aunt has been trying to find some that has really made a showcase.

These arrived quickly and were packaged well. I ordered two pear trees that were full of green leaves and survived the transplant well.

I contacted Fast Growing trees and they gave me a answer that just didn't match the description of the plant overall problem

Everything always arrives in just a few days and in no excellent condition. All plants and trees are packed with care so they are not damaged during shipping.

Yes you can find cheaper plants, but when you factor in the cost of shipping, I feel the price is reasonable especially since they quickly and adequately honor their plant warranty with additional cost, at least that was my experience. You get what you pay for, that is not just the plant, but the whole experience.

I purchased two lemon trees to be sent to someone as a gift. I was told that they would be shipped the week of July 5. Today is the 14th and they still have not arrived and I still have not heard anything from fast-growing trees. I even emailed them a few days ago and never received a response.

Wonderful plants with easy to navigate website. I love the brief descriptions and can browse through similar items. Very professional associates always there to help.

Very happy coming home to find 2 boxes with my lime trees safely packed and in great shape to be planted! They were packed in a way that made unpacking and planting a breeze! They are growing wonderfully! Was so happy I referred Fast Growing Trees to family who subsequently designed and ordered plants/trees for their entire grounds!

Bought 2 (3-4') trees that came in excellent shape. Website makes ordering easy. Very good experience.

Plants sat at FedEx in SC for 5 days. I wrote and asked to cancel order and recall shipment as Northern California started a 10-day extreme heatwave. No one answered that email! Shipment finally arrived 11 days AFTER FedEx originally picked it up. One plant obviously dead upon arrival. Shipping box damaged! Potting soil around the tree was no longer in the pot it was strewn throughout box and a plastic bag that was around the pot. So now I play the efing waiting game to see if the tree will survive. Waste of money. I'll purchase local going forward and just live with what is available in my area. Your plants aren't free and much better care should be taken with them.
