Daisies were packed in with roses, arrived in very rough shape… after acclimating then planting, 2 of the daisies are gone, a third one is on life support; 2 of the 3 Taylor junipers have lost the leader branch already. The roses seem to be doing fine so far. Not super impressed with my first experience. I will wait for fall to contact CS for warranty service

We are very pleased with our lime tree. I was worried about the delivery window because we were going on vacation and I wanted to place the order but have it delivered two weeks later. I called customer service and they were very accommodating. The order was taken but the delivery of the tree was in my 3 day time frame the week I had requested.
The tree arrived very healthy and happy. We unboxed it right away and planted in a planter so we can keep on our back patio. Very excited to start seeing some blooms and eventually our own limes!

I've tried using fast growing trees several times and every tree is not very good looking when they arrive. I have not had good luck with them surviving. I have had much better luck with the trees from home depot or lowes. They look better and have thrived.

After one month, they are already taking off and will definitely have lots of berries next year!

I was a little nervous about first about how plants would travel and survive. They were well cared for and survived better than some I have bought in the big box stores. The support system for questions is obviously beyond by leaps and bounds that of the big box stores.

Shipping packaging was great and tree arrived in great shape. Have had it for about 3 months and already have oranges growing!

I've purchased 5 trees from Fast Growing Trees now. All arrived well packaged are happily growing in my yard. The Magnolias have been planted about 4 months now and am seeing a lot of growth. The birch trees are a bit newer (maybe 1 month old) but seem very healthy and I'm see new leaves regularly.

Although my orange tree was still under warranty,customer service only gave me a gift card,that didn't cover the price of my tree

After a recent move, I risked buying trees to plant in my yard in July. I have now purchased 7 trees and shrubs and after a month, they are doing well.

The plant I selected to purchase ended up being to fragile, and when I opened the box it looked like a group of twigs. Many of the leafs were gone, as were the blossoms. I called and discussed this with a representative, and agreed to give the plant some time to recover: that did not happen. When I called the second time to discuss the plant's condition, they immediately issued me a refund. I credit Fast Growing Trees with being good to their word, and backing their warranty. They are a solid company that can be trusted. 5-Star Performance!

Ordered a lavender plant for mother's July birthday only to find out the delivery date would be delayed until October.

Ordered a few trees and a vine. Very good response from customer service and all items are doing well except that I needed one replaced. Customer service was responsive to that issue.

I'm a novice gardener and in my 40 plus years I've always thought I had a brown thumb. This year my Grandmother bought me a Magnolia Tree as a gift and I could not let it die! So I researched and learned as much as I could. It began to thrive! I was so proud of myself I just had to put more stuff in the ground and see if I was really doing that well. Fast Growing trees gave me the knowledge of what to plant and when and how to take care of it. I really enjoy reading the reviews and love how well packed my plants came in.

There were some problems with delivery of my order but Fast Growing Trees resolved this quickly and totally to my satisfaction. Problems can occur and judgement should always be not on the problem but on how it was resolved. Fast Growing Trees gets an A+.

I have had difficulty with many shrubs and trees during the hot spell this summer. Purchasing directly from Fast Growing Trees took out the uncertainty of how trees / shrubs were cared for while at common outdoor stores. They (two 4-5 feet Jane Magnolias) arrived in great shape. It took away the frustrations that my less than green thumb was causing during the difficult weather.

Have been buying for 20 years. Never disappointed. If it isn't right, they fix it. But 95% they are right on with quality of product.
