I ordered a couple of trees from FGT and they didn't make it. It was within the year window so I emailed them and they shipped me two more days later! Their customer service is always fantastic and you always talk to a real person. That's exactly why I choose them for all my plants!
One small tree appeared to be DOA. Another had a broken central leader. All others appear to be healthy.
The guy I spoke with on the phone seemed unconcerned about my 2 problem trees and told me replacement trees would be shipped ASAP--later that day or the next business day.
A few days later I received an email saying "now was a bad time to ship". (It had been blazing hot across the SE and Midwest. I live in Washington state, so knew trees would have to travel through this heat.)
A week past, heard nothing more, so sent an inquiry about the missing trees and learned they had been shipped and were due to arrive the next day. Later that same day I received the shipment notification via email.
Tree arrived the next day. Looked good, so all's well that ends well...
I have ordered quite a few things and these were so disappointing.
The fig tree is doing very well, very quick shipping, New leaves are growing.
The boxes came completely crushed but the trees inside were fine. Healthy strong plants two were needing transplant right away and the other two could have waited another season. All 4 are thriving immediately after being transplanted. Would order again without hesitation

Did not receive part of order and customer service just closed my ticket because fedex said they delivered. I finally "found" my order days later and too late. My real issue though was the handling of my original complaint ticket.
This was purchased for my niece and nephew who love blackberries. It was sent to them in Pittsburgh. Delivered in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the service.
When a flowering tree struggled to grow, Fast Growing replaced it immediately so all of my trees could grow at the same rate. I would purchase again from Fast Growing Trees.

My first tree was delivered very quickly, which was great. However, it arrived with white spots and insect damage. So I sent photos and explained. I was asked to wait 3-4 weeks to see how things progressed. That was fine. After 4 weeks I sent new photos showing that things had worsened. A replacement tree was sent to me very quickly! However, the second tree is a fraction of the size of the tree I originally received. I would say it is more like a twig than a tree! That being said, I am praying that the twig takes hold and that this Fast Growing Twig becomes a Japenese Bloodgood Maple tree! FGT has been really great about communication, delivery and replacement!

First plant had some sort of disease, probably fungal. Replacement tree also was diseased.
I have an irrigation system and manually watered it also, daily. But ultimately it could not get any momentum and it did not survive.
Plants were healthy and delivered quickly. Only complaint is Fed Ex who delivered them, do not handle with care. Boxes were crushed and upside down.
Appreciate delaying shipping due to high temps. Magnolia showed up today n great shape and liked planting kit.

I had a fantastic experience with Fast Growing Trees. The 4-5 ft tree I ordered arrived in perfect condition, looking vibrant and healthy. The quality and care in the packaging were evident, and I'm thrilled with how amazing the tree looks in my house.
I've ordered clover 25 plants from this company, from quart sized lavendar to 3 ft tall lobster claw trees, banana trees, etc and each one has just been great. Sure, they do take a bit of beating during shipping but nothing some timing and TLC won't solve once planted. All of mine are in planters so I can't say anything regarding how they do in ground but I'm sure it would be just as good. Also, one of my lavendars did die (not sure why, the other 3 are thriving) and they replaced it quickly with their 1 yr live warranty. I do a lot of reading up before I pick my plant tho to make sure I can make a good environment for it once I get it and the planting and care info on each plant on the website is really useful. Just make sure you get a plant for your growing zone (or make sure it's doable as an indoor potted plant). I've run out of space to get more but wish I could! BTW, I only had 3 plants before. I feel like this site has made me into a full time gardener and I love it!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
