I ordered a plant and it came dry but I was sent a new one for free. I have ordered several plants from the website and have always been satisfied.
Fast delivery, exactly what I ordered and in excellent condition upon arrival
I contacted Fast Growing Trees to let them know the Florida heat index had been so high at delivery and ai was worried about my tree, but I planted it immediately and after a few days found that it recovered from its hot trip. It now, just a few weeks later, has green cherries all over and that blooming enticed my other Barbados Cherry to bloom when it had not yet done so.
Your online system is very easy to use and your information is very detailed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
The first tree that was ordered came damaged. Your team made it easy to get a credit so I could order something else. That tree arrived fine, has been planted, and is growing.
I ordered several aborvitae trees and all were alive and healthy. This was my second time ordering from Fast Growing Trees, and both times, my trees were in great condition.
I put my order in that went well
when I received my order it told me one one the trees where on back order. When I received 2 of my trees the had yellow spots on them. After planting per directions I noticed they weren'tdoing well so I called and asked for advice they said make sure they have enough water. They need to settle in. My chestnut tree died. I called in they asked for a picture. I sent them one couple days later. I received a new one.
I still haven't received my back order yet they said end of June.
Now my other tree died so I have to send in a claim on that one. End of July still haven't received my back order or when I'll get it
I have other trees in my yard which are doing great!
2 out of the 3 plants I ordered should never have been put in a box? They look like Charlie Browns X-mas tree. How anyone could look at those plants and think they're good to go is beyond me. Like in my title what were they thinking. Then, the box was in such bad condition when I got it, the smallest x-mas tree was inches from falling out of it entirely.
… after ten days, leaves haven't wilted, both bushes are green, but no new growth yet. Seem to be tolerating our unusually super hot summer.
I placed.an order on 6/30 and my card was charged I still have not received this shipment despite calling customer service and being assured it would be shipped the next day.
My tree arrived promptly and was packaged well. I planted it according to the enclosed directions and it is doing well and staying gren.
Your customer service has been very good. I have had a number of trees that died and a few others that were hit by a mower or eaten. I am neutral on my stars because the trees were much smaller than I expected and I later found larger ones at a nursery for the same price.
I followed the recommended instructions watered twice a day for 14days and had several nice long drizzle rain days and the seed has yet to germinate.
I appreciate how everything is set up site wise. It's easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the picture of what I bought was not accurate of how the plant would look when it arrived. It was smaller than expected, and I can get one that size for 20+ dollars less elsewhere.
We ordered peach trees later in the planting season. There was a deal where you buy 1 and get 1 free. We did not but 2 trees on the order form so we got 1tree. Called the phone number on the order form and 2 days later we received 2 trees.
Braided Ficus - great tree, arrived fast, dry happy with order.
Customer Service help me pic the perfect tree. Arrived in outstanding condition and is growing everyday
Customer service was great. Handle my delivery issue promptly and courteously. Based on my experience on this purchase, will use them as my primary purchase point for my garden/yard
We moved from WI to MS and were disappointed that MS doesn't have huge tree nurseries like WI. Fast Growing trees filled the gap. Moving from the north to the south we are learning about what grows well here and their site provides wonderful information to help you make a good selection,
Our first tree unfortunately didn't make it, but jut like the site says, they stand by their products and replaced the tree. We will definitely order from them again.
I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the tree I received. It was packaged exceptionally and they even put a hold on shipping to wait out the worst of the summer heat which I appreciated. However, I've had significant issues with it since receiving it. I have waited to plant the tree as we're in the middle of summer. I've given it protection from the worst of the afternoon sun. However, every new leaf has emerged with powdery mildew. I snip off these leaves and treat with copper fungicide. I so hope it will remedy itself. I have been anticipating adding this particular fruit to my garden for some time now.
I bought two trees late spring/early summer. They wee very healthy when they arrived at my door and I was very excited. I planted them in-ground, though in retrospect I guess I should have check the weather forecast, the weather was beautiful for the past weeks so I didn't think there would be an issue. Needless to say, we ended up with a week and half with over 100 degrees. With the stress of transport and being in a new place the poor trees just couldn't handle it despite all my attempts of keeping them hydrated. We had several phone calls and emails but Fast Growing Trees stood by their principles and values. They even gave me suggestions on how give some more TLC to the poor trees to see if we could bring them back. When the trees finally gave up, Fast Growing trees sent two replacements no questions asked. They were a pleasure to work along side.
I am in zone 7b-8 and they were two citrus trees.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
