Packaging is great, the root ball of all my trees in great shape. Followed planting directions and now dreaming of wonderful fruits.

They actually care about sending their customers healthy, thriving plants. Great communication regarding shipping. Overall a good experience. I will order from them again.

I ordered some quart-sized hydrangeas. When I received them, some of the stems were broken and most maybe had a handful of leaves growing. Just a little disappointed with them, considering what I paid.

First let me say these 10 trees are top notch quality and flawless when they arrived. Even though fedex roughed the box is up pretty bad during delivery, the trees were so hardy that they were unaffected.
The ordering process and the quickness of delivery we're outstanding. I haven't even needed customer service for anything but I'm confident that if I do it will be outstanding also because their communication is very on point.

A apple tree that I ordered from this company did not survive the summer even though I nurtured it in every possible way that was suggested. Fast Growing Trees was good enough to give me a store credit for the amount I paid for the apple tree. In order to get the store credit I did have to send in pictures of the suffering tree and also answer several questions about how the tree was planted and taken care of. This I felt was a reasonable request and hopefully the information I gave the company will give them insights on why the tree did not do well.

I like that they give you a 1 year guarantee on plants and trees.

I'm a new homeowner in a new state, so picking out what will grow best in my yard was challenging. Fast Growing Trees customer support was a real person every time, and they were always super thorough and helpful. Packaging wasn't perfect but pretty darn close. I'm happy with every delivery and I've ordered lavender, trees, rose bushes, shrubs and tools. Besides having great lasting products, the folks at FGT have always been terrific.

Was disappointed when I opened the box only to find one long twig with several leaves. At least it was packaged nicely.

Not much roots and no growth and no green leaves. Even used the fertilizer that we bought with the trees. Didn't do that with last batch as it appeared to be useless. Used Vigero top soil to fill hole and all around the roots. Watered by rain almost half the times and by buckets on dry days.

I ordered a few fruit trees but the shape and quality of the trees were very bad. The trees that I ordered were 5-7 ft but they were delivered without branches or leaves. It looks like that they wanted to save on the shipping by cutting all the branches and leaves. Very bad.

I purchased 4 trees a month ago and have only received 2. I was notified fed ex damaged them and replacements were out for delivery. After checking my tracking I again was notified their is another delay with fed ex and they have not given me a 3rd delivery time. I'm concerned I won't get them or the winter season will begin before I can get them established into the ground.

I ordered a lavender twist weeping redbud and the first tree arrived in horrible condition. Snapped in half, dry and brittle. Which I understand was due to poor postal handling. I notified customer service and within a of couple days a new tree was sent my way and it arrived earlier than expected and was in great condition. I am very happy with how the situation was handled.

Well packaged and well delivered, survival chances of the plants till next year good!

I got a lemon tree and an orange tree. Trees shipped quickly. 2 days after planting the trees, the lemon tree started to decline. I gave it some vitamins but it doesn't seem to be helping. I am going to call customer service. The orange tree is doing well.

First time buyer and very disappointed. Plants ordered were smaller than expected, dry and dying.

On 8/15/24 I ordered a Elberta peach tree.
On 8/20/24 I received a refund for that order.
I would have appreciated a notification that it was not available, at the time of the order, or at least a email to pertaining to the unavailability.
