Overall tree was delivered quickly but the leaves were already brown and drying out. Hoping for a replacement on the tree soon. Have not heard back from company yet.

Just ok post sale experience. Boxes delayed and came crushed. Some were 2 weeks behind the others after they seemed to suggest they were quick ship. Plants are trying to bounce back, so I'm hopeful. Sizes don't seem to align with what we purchased.

Buying experience and selection was excellent. Plants arrived tout suite in good condition. Ordered blueberries. 3 our of 3 plants were in good condition. The fourth... ouch! Had the bed ready for planting, so we'll see.

I purchased a 3-4 foot Haas Avocado tree for $179 + tax. It was delivered very promptly within days as promised. Unfortunately the tree was not what I was expecting and my husband laughed. One of the 7 small branches on the trunk was broken off in box. Another one of the seven was totally brown and looked dead, which it was. It fell off too, leaving no branches on one side of the tree at all!
I immediately called the customer service number and spoke to a women named "Lisa" who was supposed to be an experienced gardener. She asked me to go ahead and plant the tree as per directions, which my husband and I did, following the exact directions given.
She also asked me to also give it 3-4 weeks which we have done now to see if it would perk up. The tree still does not look good. Very Very disappointed! Will call again Monday to discuss what will be done, either refunded the $$ or new tree sent to us and try again? We shall see?

I needed help purchasing a gift card to send via email to my daughter. The agent was pleasant and competent. What more could you want?

I have purchased from FastGrowing Trees several times and the trees have always been healthy and taken off in growth.

I don't know how well these will survive a zone 5 winter as of yet. But the delivery was prompt and the online availability of their tree experts to answer questions was grea.

Found fast growing trees in an online search looking for Cleveland Pear trees. Found what I was looking for at a great price and bought two. They arrived a few days later in excellent shape and have been thriving since planted! Love the quality and service and will be a returning customer.

Having ordered several times, the plants are packaged carefully and arrive with little to zero damage. When I had a small issue with a few cuttings not surviving, they were immediately replaced with twice as many!

When I ordered the trees two of them, they came separately several days apart they are both now planted as directed and watered as directed nearly all the leaves have fell off of them worried they will not make it

Tree did not look very healthy upon arrival. No delays in shipping. Hopefully we can nurse after planting

The tree arrived in perfect condition. It was larger than I expected. That was a bonus. This was my second order this year and I was pleased with both.

Packaging is great, the root ball of all my trees in great shape. Followed planting directions and now dreaming of wonderful fruits.
