We batch ordered trees and plants for springtime, living in the north, it sometimes isn't optimal for planting and several trees did not make it. The support crew replaced them with very few questions. Very grateful.

Tree looks terrible and barely surviving
September 16, 2024

The tree was in rough shape. Pictures deceiving. Found a tree at a hardwood store in way better shape for half the price.

My Favorite Company To Buy From
September 16, 2024

I have bought many trees/bushes from Fast Growing Trees and have always had the best experience with them. My trees always show up fast and very much alive and well. The few times I have had to use my warranty they have never given me any issues and have just been an all around pleasure to work with. I'm thankful to have a great company to help me grow my landscaping at my house!

Japanese maples
September 16, 2024

The maple trees were delivered and seemed in good condition overall except all the leaves in the top branches had white along the edges of all the leaves, and the leaves seemed as though they were in poor condition

Always a good experience
September 16, 2024

I've purchased plants and fruit trees from fast growing trees on several occasions both in California and now in Florida.
I've had good luck with the plants and even though two were damaged in shipping FGT sent me replacements immediately and without issue.

Received in a timely manner
September 16, 2024

I received my 3 grapevines very quickly. I would have given 5 stars but for 1 thing. When I received them all the leaves had brown spots all over them. I cut the affected leaves and planted them, according to instructions. They are growing very well. Their customer service is super nice and helpful! Answering all my questions.

Great company!
September 16, 2024

Friendly and helpful customer service. Willing to do whatever is necessary to resolve any problems. I had a tree that came damaged. I called, they asked for some photos, and said they would replace it. A few days later I called because I hadn't seen an email about replacement or shipment of replacement tree. The person I had talked to before had not submitted the replacement order. So, someone dropped the ball there but, the customer service rep. Immediately submitted the order and emailed me the confirmation of it. I got the tree within a week and it looks very good. I have ordered several other items from FastGrowingTrees and the products look very good. On the odd one that is a problem they are very good to make it right.

Rose Tree Purchase
September 16, 2024

The rose tree arrived quickly. It was slightly wilted, so I quickly dug the hole and added the provided tablets of rose food, to help the tree to acclimate. It has thrived for the first couple of weeks, with new blossoms, but it is starting to have leaves wilt. So I am not sure what to do?

Some good, some did not ship well.
September 16, 2024

Dogwoods shipped well. Packaged neatly - rootball tight. The willow oak, and wisteria vine both had really loose rootballs that required excessive staking. The wisteria died after a couple weeks - not sure if the stem was pinched from falling over.

My starfruit tree is dead now.
September 16, 2024

The Starfruit tree arrived sick; I think it is due to sitting at the FedEx truck from 5 AM to evening in a very hot day. The following several days, leaves turn yellow and dropped. I called and was told to wait for couple weeks to call back. Now it is totally dead! So sad! I think FastGrowingTrees need to work with logistic to protect the plants they are shipping to customers.

Very happy
September 16, 2024

Received my 7 foot Anna apple tree. It took a little longer than expected, but was worth the wait. Well packed. Some leaves were a bit shriveled, but mostly ok. It's putting on new leaves. Waiting to plant, since it's the middle of summer here in East TX.

Fedex are idiots
September 16, 2024

Fedex destroyed a plant. Also left some out by the highway. They didn't deliver on the days they should have. But you hopefully will replace the destroyed one.

Plants Received in Poor Condition
September 16, 2024

In August I ordered 2 Corinthian Pink Double Flower Peach Plants. Upon receipt of these plants, the shipping box was torn and the plants were in poor condition. One of the plants was bent over half-way and the other plant was broken off at the top. I emailed pictures to Fast Growing Trees. I do not fault Fast Growing Trees for the mishandling of the shipping box. Someone is at fault for the poor inner packing of the plants for them to be received in the shapes they were received. I called (8-13) and notified Fast Growing Trees of the plants and was told I would be sent replacements which I have not received or been notified of shipping at this time (9-06).
