My wife and I desired a smaller growing tree for a narrow growing area near the front of our house. We settled on a Sargent crab apple. We discovered Fast Growing Trees had some available. I called and was connected with Jessica. She could not have been more helpful. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered multiple questions. We ordered Friday afternoon, and the tree arrived the next Wednesday, early enough for me to plant it that afternoon. I found the tree in very good shape following delivery. Transplanting a tree in the middle of August in southeastern N.C. Is a risky undertaking. The tree has done very well. In between ordering and delivery, I called Fast Growing Trees to clarify a shipping question. I spoke with Angie. She was also very pleasant and helpful. My overall experience was very favorable. My wife and I will absolutely order from Fast Growing Trees again. No hesitation.

I ordered about 20 trees and all but 3 were full of bugs and questionable shipping. The company offered to refund or replace the affected trees which was fantastic. I chose a better time to reorder and accepted the refund. The trees that were in good shape are doing great! Definitely recommend

Half of the plants died and I contacted customer support and no answer in over a week.

I was a little hesitant about buying trees mail order but was pleasantly surprised. The tree was well secured inside the box, the biggest problem was with the rough handling and slow delivery of FedEx. The box arrived with a large hole in one side and mashed up bottom. Luckily the tree survived with only a small broken top branch. So far the tree seems to be doing okay.

My first purchase (gingko Biloba) arrive with a crushed pot (the fault of the carrier) and when I remove the tree from the pot all of the soil fell away which resulted in an unsuccessful planting. But you were quick to offer me a credit towards another purchase which I used to purchase an Autumn Blaze Red Maple that is doing well. Your professional planting experts were always very helpful.

I ordered 2 cherry trees at the same time. The first cherry tree came fine the second one came 2 days later and broken. Not sure if it's gonna make it since it's been two weeks and the tree has no more leaves. It's in the ground since the day I got it but I am not sure it will come back.

I bought9 trees from you most are doing great. A couple doing not so great my 2 out of 3 don't look so good one is blooming beautiful. One looks dead the other has green leaves but not so healthy looking. My red bud trees look fine only one out of five doesn't look like it may survive.

The fruit trees I ordered arrived in great shape. They are very tall, leafy and look great before and after planting. I'm very pleased.

Tree came real, real dried. Leaves were dried up. I also expected it to be a little taller for the price. 6 to 7 feet more like 5'8. After I planted the tree it started to come back to life but with wet, wet soil and water everyday. Customer Service was very nice and gave a precent off, at least.

I ordered a crabapple tree and it arrived alive and healthy. It's doing great! So much easier than trying to purchase one from the garden center, I didn't have to worry about it fitting in my car!

2 hybrid poplars and 3 fruit trees one triple pear tree and two peach trees. I basically dug a hole and planted them they were that easy. I've had the two poplars for for almost two weeks and I keep going out to see if they have grown. Ha ha. I've had the three fruit trees for almost a month. They all look very good. The fruit trees have grown almost a foot and look great.

The plants arrived seemingly pretty healthy despite the obvious trauma they faced in shipping. They were bone dry, the pots were crushed and the soil was half out of the pot and in the bag. I've put them in semi shade for a bit to recover and they seem to be doing fine.

I recently received three azalea plants, two red and one white. The red ones are in their pots and doing fine. The white one was not satisfactory and I am waiting for a replacement, which should arrive in a day or two. I have been very happy with plants from Fast Growing Trees. Their customer service is great and respond quickly.

Fig tree arrived on time in good shape in carefully designed and sturdy box that withstood most of the the efforts by the delivery service to crush the contents and despite the fact they ignored the clearly marked arrows and huge text saying to keep the box upright.

Tree had been carefully pruned and was showing new leaves. Continues to grow and hopefully we will see figs in the next year or two.

Ordered (3) specialty golden rain trees 6'-7'. Ordering process was easy, was well informed every step of the way, shipped when they said it would, arrived when they said it would and trees were healthy. So far so good!
