I was allowed to get a refund on the original plant that I ordered, which died. However, when I tried to order a SMALL orchid there was nothing available. I tried to research over several months, and the customer service had "NO CLUE" as to when and/or if they would have any. I did order a Reed Orchid at over $125...and it came with NO flowers and the pot was broken. I never wanted a large plant or orchid...so now I'm stuck with this huge plant.
I'm absolutely loving watching my 3 Cold hardy Banana trees grow! So much that I just ordered 6 more. At the moment they are growing in an eastern facing window. Two weeks in and lots of new leaves coming through.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
