I've bought 4 products thus far, 2 lime light standards, a quick fire standard and a tree form Wisteria. All over 4ft when delivered, all came in great conditions and fast. My plants are all thriving showing signs of new growth within 2 weeks. Planning my next purchases for spring.
I got a King Crimson Maple and 2 plum trees. The Maple looks horrible. I sent them an email and pictures. Waiting to see what they do about it.
Ordered some soft Holly and the plants varied in height AND root stock, which this company lays off as the qualifier. Of the four, one was a strong plant. The other three varied in lessening degrees and were half the size, including root stock. Will think twice before ordering again

Plant was a lot smaller than told on the website the actual gallon bucket was inconsistent with local nurseries here got a tiny little plant they claimed was a 3 gallon pot look more like a 1 gallon pot to me I even measured it and compared to other nurseries in the area overpriced

Had an issue with my recently bought blueberry bush. Sent an inquiry and pictures in seeking help- never received any response.
The ironic part is- fast growing trees keeps sending me customer satisfaction surveys and they never post them, nor have they even bothered to contact me.
I ordered two Nectarine trees, and unfortunately, they arrived in a stressed condition after spending several days in a shipping box. The leaves were discolored and wilted, which I suspect is due to the prolonged shipping time. While the trees might recover after being planted, their current state is concerning. The packaging was adequate, but I wish the shipping process had been faster to reduce the stress on the trees. Hoping for the best, but based on the initial condition, I can only give 2 stars at this point.

First, as soon as the hydrangeas arrived, I was surprised to see they weren't blue as I had ordered.
Secondly, the flowers have all died now even though I watered it and kept in the shade.

Had ordered a plant and it arrived in hot weather and was completely dried out called on it and was sent a replacement this one was in great shape would certainly recommend them
Plants arrived in good shape one shed its leave in about 3days hopefully it will survive will definitely will order more as needed
My address is in Google maps. My order was canceled instead of calling me. I do not always go into my email. I called back and spoke to someone that was nice. She was going to get with the shipping person and call be back. I'm still waiting on a call or email. Your prices have gone up since I first ordered. My family is looking to create an orchard I was looking forward to ordering more in the spring. Very disappointed with the customer service.

One of the plants from my purchase did not fare well with shipping. I asked for suggestions to help it survive, and the tech asked if I would like a replacement. I accepted and received a beautiful new plant. You can't beat that service!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
