I bought several varieties of trees. The service was wonderful, trees came beautifully packed and have done well. There was an issue with the delivery as the items were packed at the bottom of the truck so the boxes were smashed. One was really bad and had to be severely pruned. They have recovered but one is much smaller than I am sure it could have been. Still give them 5 stars. They did not pack the truck
Came in on time and were in very good condition. The boxwoods are in large planter and growing slowly. That's what boxwoods do. The Nandina is planted replacing one that got 🔥 in the summer.
I have bought many plants over the last few years. Any problems that have happened, customer service has addressed very well. You can find unusual plants you probably won't find locally.
The two Japanese Red Maples both arrived on time but both had leaf burn or some kind of disease. It only gotten wose after planting. Additionally i ordered 3 planting kits (also bought a dogwood) and each kit was missing the fertilizer. After I complained, the missing items arrived weeks later and after i planted the trees. The very small plastic stakes included in the planting package are useless to provide adequate support of a newly planted tree.
A tree was damaged in shipment. I contacted FastGrowing Trees customer support and detailed what happened. I received a replacement within 5 days. Nice to deal with a company that values its reputation and keeps its word.
People are very surprised that I got a tree.ON LINE. I get everything else on line but a tree? My tree is doing very good and is putting on new leaves. It came in a box that was packed very good. I could find no damage on the tree, I'm looking forward to enjoying my Red Bud for vears..

Order got delayed in shipping. The shipping company was unresponsive. Kept saying for days order was on truck out for delivery to you. Contacted FGT chat customer service and they were professional, courteous, and quickly responded by getting me a new order shipped to me at no additional cost.
When I planted 15 hydrangeas in the spring they were very nice and looked great. I had them planted by a landscaper so I know they were put in right. I kept them watered all summer but now they are very poor looking and I fear they may not make it through the winter. I pu a lot of money into this project and I fear they may not make it.

The trees arrived in frail condition and packed tightly in a box that was too small. The coral red maple was not at all coral red. It was brown
To their credit Fast Growing Trees tried to rectify the situation by giving me a discount on the trees that were delivered in bad condition
Over the coming year we will see if these trees recover. We have followed all instructions while planting these trees.
The trees were quite worse for wear when they arrived but April assured me that they would rally. To date, all but one are hanging in.
Skeptical of ordering a tree online. I usually visit my local (much better nursery)! Was feeling adventurous. Ordered an avocado tree. Leaves were all chewed up from insects more than 60%! Sent my grief to customer service, and instead of someone contacting me regarding the matter, you send me a survey to do. And here we are…….
I ordered 7 gal. Trees that should be 4-5 feet high. The trees I received were 3-4 feet, weak, and needed scaffolding. They compensated me by sending two more trees and reimbursing me $130, which I appreciated. Be careful, the trees are healthy, but much smaller than what you would find in a local nursery.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
