I had a tree I thought had died. Customer support was really helpful and showed me how to tell if it was dormant or dead
In the spring it came back like they said it would.

I have made several purchases from Fast Growing Trees. I have not been disappointed yet by the quality of the plants and the service from the company.

Again, our first tree lived until July, then died. Since my husband has advanced dementia, we don't go much of anywhere, so important to have a beautiful view in our back yard. Flame Thrower Redbud will be perfect as it's leaves are beautiful colors. Praying this replacement tree will outlive us!

I ordered six 5-6ft olive trees based on the item's pictures on the website. The trees that I received were healthy looking, BUT much thinner then I expected. The website has a mix of regular and "jumbo", the jumbo are the only ones that marked "olive trees in our nursery", which is what I went by thinking that this is not reference/inspiration photo, but the real photo of real trees. But apparently the ones that I ordered were not jumbo, but regular. There was no picture of regular ones so no way to know. So I ended up buying the trees that are double the price (even with discount) of what the same exact trees in a local nursery cost.

Buying trees/plants online is risky in the first place. But in this experience I feel cheated and gaslighted, because the customer support people tell me that of course it is my mistake, I looked at "jumbo" but purchased "regular". If the pictures had clear describtions and the real photos of all the sizes of trees in the nursery< I could have made a clear decision (which is NOT buying thin super young trees for such a price), but they are misleading and that feel like a trick and opposite of transparency.

And also one of the trees that was delivered was a plum. Not an olive.

They ended up refunding the price of one olive tree and the price of the plum tree. But that is not helpful, because I can' plant their trees where I intended, they are too small, and I have to buy again elsewhere. I don't trust this business since the don't provide transparency of their actual trees, which in this case is very crucial.

Love this company as most items come great and they even give tips when placing an order. Where i think improvement might come in is instructions on what to do with each plant when they arrive. Not real happy as the price of my grapes seemed really high and they showed up looking distressed. 1 really bad, 1 some what bad and 2 that were give or take. We will have to wait and see if i can bring them back to life after repotting. Have yet to contact customer service as i want to see how they do.

The trees shipped separately with clear tracking information and were well packaged (for the most part), as they were 4-foot live trees. They are lovely, and I anticipate their successful growth.

All of the shopping experience was excellent until the plant arrived, and then, not excellent.
I intend to wait for a reasonable growing time before contacting customer service. Perhaps the plant will come back strong.

I know not all of the problems were just from the company, a big problem was that it was delivered standing up crushing two of the trees. I did call to let them know that they were damaged to the point that there was only one branch left and they told me cut it all back and it should recover. That's fine but I'm paying for a 7 foot three and I'm basically starting with a 3 foot tree

Had everything I wanted and more in one place. Easy to order and arrived nice and healthy. I can't wait till spring to se them all growing.

I have ordered trees from this company for years. My last two trees have died. Not sure they were insured or not. I hope this one lives. I have a spot next to my fireplace that gets hot in the late summer but in the spring it gets to wet from spring rain.

My experience with ordering was excellent. My Anna apple tree arrived promptly in good condition. I followed planting guidelines and used the fertilizer that you recommended, but the real test will be how the tree weathers the winter. If it leafs out in the spring and produces at least a few blossoms I will be happy.

Pretty quick shipping, considering it was across the country! Buying experience was great, tech support is very helpful. Would and can't wait to buy from FastGrowing again!

It seems like you receive a dead tree.But they don't explain to you when it needs to be planted or that it's just dormant. This information should be provided before you order the tree or bush.

I have had nothing but good interactions with customer service and the plants arrive well packaged. The pots/dirt sometimes is knocked out a little but cant fault them. Love the variety of plants they offer.

FGT has a great selection at competitive prices. Do be sure to check everything before you order. My experience has been that the plants always seem smaller than advertised so check before you buy if size is important.
