We have ordered A number of trees, bushes & plants in the past 20 + years. We keep the office gate closed for security reason. U P S will call us approximate time of delivery & if we are not on property we will meat them@ 1 of their deliveries. Our last tree took quite A bit of driving. Fed ex had moved. *******749 is answered 24 / 7. We would appreciate you putting this on your records. We were 1 1/2 days putting the tree in ground. Thanks Edmon Nelson NESafg.com.

We have been trying to nurse the 2 bamboo plants back to health for 3 weeks. They arrived dry as a bone with more brown or dead leaves than green. I don't think they will make it.

Recently I moved to a new home, leaving my favorite, well established fig & lime trees at my previous home. I couldn't go through life not having my favorite fruit of figs or my refreshing Mexican key limes. I was very excited to find them available at FastGrowingTrees.com. The trees arrived in great shape & QUICK. My order & delivery was flawless & look forward to figs & limes in the near future
FedEx was very rough with our trees in delivery and we took pictures of the damage and y'all replaced the tree in the next day or two. We really appreciate the great service.

Seem to be quality plants and I have purchased a variety and all were good when received.
The tree arrived in fine shape, but there were no instructions about that tree specifically. (Sun, partial sun, shade? How much water?). I planted it in my back yard and it seemed like it might be getting too much sun, so I put up on umbrella over it. It seems stiff enough, but I can't tell if it's healthy. The leaves look somewhat dusty. I'd appreciate more information about that species of tree specifically (Miracle Berry tree).
I received two plants one was pretty beat up and so was the box I sent an email regarding this problem and have not received anything that as of yet.
For the price paid, I expected more then a stick with a few leaves.
Overall pleased: fast shipping, responsible packaging, and a very healthy tree upon arrival with one very important caveat. Looking more closely at the tree when planting, I noticed three encircling roots at the base of the trunk. Left to grow these roots can easily kill a tree. I cut them, and more time will tell the consequence of my action. So far I've just had one branch die. The tree obviously is very young, so I'm hopeful.

I wanted 3-4' hybrid willows but only the more expensive 5-6' ones were available. Purchased and they arrived a week later with the boxes obviously bent in half at some point. All 4 willows were broken including the main shoot and the branches. I sent them pictures, they sent me 4 more trees and they showed up the same way. We will see how they handle this issue as I just sent pictures of the trees. I am not optimistic. The deal was that I purchased 4 5-6 hybrid willows and that they would ship them to me. I assumed that they would be healthy and not damaged. Has not been the case twice.
Trees are beautiful and easy to order. They arrived on time and once planted are showing signs they are growing.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
