Second the plants shipped were in very poor conditions. They came in a box that was beat up.
Third two of them had bugs. That part cost me a lot. I had bugs from these plant infiltrate my garden and destroy other plants. I have never seen some of these bugs before. I ended up pulling my garden for the rest of the year. Pretty upset about that. I reached out to the company and got a email saying they would let me know shipping confirmation. That's all. No details nothing. At this point I just want my money back.
Last thing. How are they able to send plants across state lines with bugs. They could cause a massive issue to locals farmers.
Liked the easy use of website. Plants arrived well packaged and in beautiful condition, ready to plant.

I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees several times and this last order was a little bit disappointing. The trees looked dead and branches were broken off. They replaced them with new trees that were also looking dead and branches were broken. I suggest you pack them better for shipping. I am nursing the trees to see if I can get them to look better and put on new growth. Customer support was very helpful and replacements were received in a timely matter.
Had a couple issues with the shipping, customer service was on top of it.
I hesitated, but in the end pulled the trigger, got our six small bushes and planted them. Just what I ordered and wanted. About a month later I noticed that 3 of the six were not going to make it, 2 had already gone, one was hanging on. I called, and got the answers I needed. Three more/ new bushes were delivered. This time I did take more time to prepare the area they were going into. Last night after a good tilling and placing, they were re-planted. Now I will keep up with the water and we are looking forward to a great border and hiding wall. Thanks!
Well, I ordered some trees, smallish, for and area that I wanted to hide. We cut down a tree/bush that I haven't liked since we moved in. These, 6, should grow and work well to hide the parking area in our driveway. Can't wait to see how they grow.
Delivery was good and it was quick. Plants arrived looking good except for 1. Planted within 24 hours of delivery. Watered and then automatically watered by the sprinkler system. Two of the Burning Bush plants lost all or most of their leaves in the first week. Hoping they come back. Some browning that I think will go away with the Arborvitae plants.
Order was delayed. Some trees arrived, others days later.
The packaging was questionable and some boxes open. Some trees leaves had already turned brown.
Overall, not very impressed.
Love my little autumn cherry tree. It came in good shape and is doing very well. My husband planted one at our home before he died in March. I had to get another one for outside my new window as a memory of him. Can't wait to watch it grow. The other tree was only a year old and I was not able to watch it during the seasons as I was busy with his care.
I purchased a new tree as well as a few shrubs to replace a tree that fell over in a store. The tree arrived promptly and looks to be flourishing with new buds and leaves after a few weeks. The shrubs ended up being on backorder and have not yet arrived. Past trees that I have purchased from FastGrowingTrees have done really well in the yard and made a positive impact.
The trees were packed so that no one besides a magician capable of levitating the could have delivered them without damaging them. They were in a long box, on their sides, crown to crown, with poorly sealed bags. I spent $380+ for this. I am deeply disappointed.

The service from this company is awesome. The trees are shipped quickly and they come healthy and vibrant. When a couple trees did not thrive, they replaced with the same great service.

If the tree is alive and growing in the spring it will be worth the cost.
I was worried about having my trees delivered as I was out of town and wouldnt be able to plant them for at least a week. The trees were packaged so they remained healthy. The root balls were still moist after a week, and They are healthy and strong. I've ordered trees from other nursery's before and they didn't fair so well. FastGrowing trees gave me tips on how to plant them, and how to care for them. I'll buy all my trees from FastGrowing trees from now on.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
