I had purchased the "tree insurance" whenever I get trees or shrubs from them. When one of my trees died unexpectedly, I put in a claim request and they replaced it immediately with a healthy tree. I have been ordering trees for years from them and have been pleased with the overall results.
For some reason 1 tree on my order took over an almost two months to get shipped. It got stuck in their system even though it was in stock, then it took over another two weeks for a replacement order to ship. When I received the 2nd tree the box was crushed but I think the tree will survive. An item was missing from another order and I contacts customer service and told them to cancel the item and credit my card - a little over a week later I received the missing item instead of a credit. They really need to work on their customer service and shipping issues.
This was an excellent purchase. Easy to find what I wanted. Easy to order. Rapid delivery. Great packaging and instructions. Continuous follow-up. What more would you want. I will use this company in the future.
I am happy with the trees I recieved. The top of one of the trees was sticking out of the top of the box an was broken and the straps holding 2 boxes together dug in through the cardboard and broke a few branches. It would have been better if the boxes were not connected together and shipped seperately. Overall thought the trees were healthy and the damage wasn't horrible so I planted them and they look fine.
I've purchased 7 trees in the last month. All arrived very healthy, well packaged and watered. These trees are top notch all the way. Fast and free shipping. They stand behind their product. Recently FedEx trashed my trees during delivery. Customer sevice shipped new trees the next day. I will continue buying from this great nursery.
I have ordered fruit trees from this nursery for eight years. Out of the 16 trees I planted only one failed to make it. Even though I'm not sure that I didn't mess up they replaced the tree.
I havn't had a problem with any of the tree's or bushes I've gotten from this company. All of my purchases arrived in good health and remained in good health. In fact, I had a peach tree that I purchased from another company and when it died, I wasn't allowed another tree to replace it. I felt that I treated the tree well, and don't feel it was my fault for it's demise. That will not be an issue with Fast Growing Tree company.
My tree arrived in great shape and when I planted it it was flawless and is growing like crazy. I followed the directions and the tree is growing very well.
Received the Junipers just before sunset, could not immediately plant but watered them thoroughly. Found they were quite sparse, mixing limbs, broken, very dry, not well cared for as appearance at a young age tells it all. I've purchased these in the north at 3 to 5 feet and they were stout, full and not sparse with broken limbs and large areas of bare spots half way up the trunk. They the customer service line repeatedly stated they'd send replacements against my better judgement as I just wanted a credit in full. The next shipment was just as bad or worse! I spoke to two cust service reps and I asked repeatedly for a full credit, they were trying to convince me these items were just fine! Highly ridiculous and insulting! I told them I could find better specimens in the wild! Then they offered a 40percent discount, which I denied. Finally I asked how many times does an individual have to prove the product is substandard and also ask for a full refund and you can pick up these items. I told them I felt like they were trying to scam me! Note my bill for these 6 substandard junipers was over $1,000 dollars. Finally after as lot of stress, I was given a full refund by a senior rep or possibly a supervisor. If you're looking for healthy, hearty plantings don't ever go this route! Find a nursery and pick out your plants in person!
I had a lovely lady named April that helped me through the whole process for choosing the correct trees for my area. I recently had moved to the desert and gardening in this hot and dry climate is all new to me. April gave me time to think through my plans and called me back a few days later. She spent a great deal of time researching the best options for my climate as well as my desires. I appreciated her knowledge as well as her super supportive attitude and love of gardening. April made a very overwhelming task for me, completely a fun and exciting step in developing my fruit orchard that Ive always dreamed of. It was a terrific process!
The Red Dragon Maple was very small for the price. The tree had two small branches each with a few leaves at the tips. A tree at a local center had better Red maples for the price.
Plants arrived in healthy condition. Excellent shape and perfect size for my use. Waiting for another two weeks to allow them to acclimatize to the Texas heat before planting in the containers I have. So far, they are doing great. Thanks
Customer service help me place an order for flowers that were mailed within two days. They were nicely packaged--. Arrived in a big box less than 5 business days and well moisturized growing happily.
The above item was delivered in time and it looks fresh. Immediately I planted Giant Persimmon. Hope this time it will be okay
Great customer service. I've ordered seven trees this year and very happy with all my deliveries. I thought one of them was not going to survive and it was immediately replaced by Fast Growing Trees. But then during the summer it came back to life. I love this company and plan to make more purchases next Spring

I ordered a Lapin cherry tree and it did arrive fast, but the top eight inches was broken. I emailed them to see if it would harm the tree on a Sunday and Monday morning I received a response that they were shipping me a new one without me asking for one. A few days later a new one arrived in great condition. I will be ordering from them again. I received both the original and a replacement tree faster than I have from other places.
The trees I ordered came on time. One, however, had some disease--evidently some form of mold--that affected all the leaves. I called customer care and they immediately started the process to ship a new tree.
Thought I was getting a decent size CHICAGO HARDY for the money you charged. It was a huge surprise to me when the tree itself was no larger than 12 inches high. HIGHLY OVER PRICED... will never order from you again.
I've ordered from this company twice in Sept 2024. I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of the plants (trees and perrenials) that I received, as well as the speed of shipping (really fast!). Also, I appreciated the flexibility of customer service who were able to slightly delay one shipment to better fit with my at-home schedule. And I appreciated the 30% discount applied to my large order. It allowed me to afford bigger plants! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
