Everything I have received from Fast Growing trees is doing well except for the first purple butterfly bush I received. Not the company's fault. I was away from home when I received it, caught Covid on the trip so it was three weeks before I could plant it. The plant didn't have a chance.

Cute, healthy little tree- quick delivery. Once plated and watered it perked right up and looks great. Very pleased.

I've had to downsize a home this year, and lost my big gardens. Fast-Growing Trees was an easy way to build up a balcony garden in an apartment, and their warranty is great. Two of the six or so plants I ordered didn't make it and they offered 100% hassle-free replacements.

A gift of a tree, an addition to our personal forest (okay, number 19 in our yard), and the chance to welcome more greenery into our lives. An aspen tree to join the other already planted, this one came packed well and although we were worried because it was shipped during excessive heat, it arrived in relatively good shape. With some watering and then placing it in its new home in our garden, it perked up and looks to be in good shape heading into Autumn and the winter months. Can't wait to see it in the Spring!

Tree arrived late due to delays. It had tree leaves that were brown and fell off within a couple of days. When I tried to get a refund I was told to water and it would bounce back. It did not.

I made a trip to Key West and saw the Christmas palm and just had to have one. Once home i found a great selection with your company. Ordered a Christmas palm and received a beautiful 3.5 foot tall palm in a few days, looks great.Now i can watch it grow, has good company with my other palm trees. Thank you for the new addition to my family...

I bought 2 Blue Spruces. I planted them 20 feet apart in the same potting mix and same drip line. One tree died in 2 weeks. They did not hesitate to send me a replacement tree.

I ordered 2 Honeysuckle vines. One is doing exceptionally well and the other is showing little green nubs after a slow start.

I ordered cherry trees and they broke while in transit to me. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and spoke to a representative. They were polite and replaced my trees with no additional charge to me.

I was very hopeful for this service as it is fast and convenient but unfortunately half of my order arrived dead. It's very sad bc it was not cheap by any means...

We have an 80 foot wide expanse that needed a noise and privacy barrier. Rather than build something that would require upkeep and maintenance, we decide to plant a living barrier. We planted 10 green giant trees and it looks amazing! After only 3 weeks in the ground, the branches are all already beginning to spread out. Could not be happier.

Customer service was fine. They were extremely helpful but the items you sent were of such poor quality

I ordered a tree online for the first time. I was amazed how quickly the tree arrive (2 days) and how healthy it was. Customer service was also great as I had an issue with the order that was resoveled immediately to my satisfaction.

My plant was packaged professionally, the plant/tree looked beautiful right out of the box. It continued to grow once put into the grown, no set back or shock. I am always satisfied when purchasing from this company.

The tree was a little barren compared to even lower-priced trees available at the local nursery. In hindsight I might have gotten a fuller, larger, healthier tree at my local nursery and paid less.

Ordered a fig and an avocado tree. The avocado tree was damaged in shipment. One call resulted in an immediate replacement. The replacement is doing well and we have harvested fig already. I would recommend these folks. I am planning on purchasing more plants.
