Friendly, helpful and prompt. I purchased a Pink Dogwood for my mom. It arrived in great shape and exactly as expected.

Tree started dying 24 hours after removing it from the shipping container. Leaves turned brown and all fell off within a week. I now have a stick!

It took about 2 weeks to get my tree. But you advertise 2 days to receive the tree. I wanted it for a party but it did not arrive in time.

Ordered an arbequina olive tree to grow indoors. It arrived in a reasonable timeframe and was easy to unpack. It's already grown an olive! Highly recommend.

I sent a picture when the tree arrived and was told to give it sun and water and let it settle a 3 weeks. It's been three weeks and every leave is dead and the trunk is brown even when you scratch it a little.

I ordered 3 fast growing trees. I've had them for not quite a month. So far they look great, but it's impossible to know what they'll be like in a year, or even by the end of winter. They're supposed to grow 12 ft in 5 years and I hope the do, but until then… 🤷🏻‍

They pick the tree for you. I would not have chosen this one. Its got a bad curve in it.

After placing my order the bushes did not ship in the 1-3 days as advertised. I understand it was the holiday season but it didn't ship until 5-6 days after. I tried to contact the seller to cancel the order but never got through to anyone. Then it was "out for delivery" for 5 days. I realize the shipping part is out of their control and when I did reiceve them, 2 of the bushes were down to a stick so I tossed them out with the box before taking pictures for a replacement, My fault.
