After placing my order the bushes did not ship in the 1-3 days as advertised. I understand it was the holiday season but it didn't ship until 5-6 days after. I tried to contact the seller to cancel the order but never got through to anyone. Then it was "out for delivery" for 5 days. I realize the shipping part is out of their control and when I did reiceve them, 2 of the bushes were down to a stick so I tossed them out with the box before taking pictures for a replacement, My fault.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
