Plant arrived very beat up and with all damaged leaves. Luckily, some small totally new growth from the roots but all of original growth dead. Was patient to see if anything would regrow but it did not and policy with plants qualify issue is very short. Never again.

The customer service person was completely attentive, sympathetic and friendly about the cryptomeria that arrived partly damaged and turned completely brown a couple of weeks later. After reviewing photos I took at her request, she assured me she would send a replacement several months later when weather was suitable for shipping and planting. If the promised tree arrives healthy and timely, I'll be completely satisfied.

When I placed the order for a Christmas tree for delivery, I was told it would be delivered within a few days. The tree was delivered more than a week after the day they said it would be. I also ordered the tree to be brought into the home and set up. It was dropped off downstairs in the snow (of a 96 year-old woman's home).
The two Pomegranate Bush that I bought do not look like a 3 gallon plant. But with all the trees that I buy this was the only ones that look small. But still a great company to buy trees from.
Got a 4ft magnolia tree. It arrived sooner than expected and in great shape! It was planted a week or so later and did fine in the interim. It now adorns our back yard and we look forward to it growing tall and filling out.

I ordered a $199 tree that was supposed to be 5-6' tall, fully established, and was advertised as likely to bear fruit the first year. The tree was not secured in the box it was shipped in and arrived splintered into several pieces. The company graciously shipped me a replacement tree, however the replacement tree is 5' tall with no branches. It is about 1/3 as much tree as the original one that was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller again with my concerns and was told there was nothing wrong with the tree so it wouldn't be replaced. I guess there isn't anything wrong with the tree except that it is significantly less than what was advertised/paid for. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would never order from them again. Not worth the price.
Using PayPal to track orders is a fail. I want a confirmation email, I want a shipping notice with a tracking number. You provide neither. I had to track down a way to reach you and all I got was a terse "Chat" with someone who could have cared less. For that reason I won't be buying from you in the future. It is lazy and condescending to ignore basics like confirmations and tracking information. Shame on you. It's amazing that you think it is okay to live life on your phone. I won't upload your app, I won't let PayPal tell me you have my order. Your link to "Track Your Order" takes me to PayPal where I am greeted with "Enter Your Tracking Number Here". But You Don't Provide Any of That. So keep working from home and know that it might just be the end of the business.

There was a slight mistake in shipping, which would normally earn a low score; however, the customer service response was amazing and they earned a five star review. The help line wasn't an endless maze and when I spoke to a person, he was clearly in the US and fixed the problem without a hassle.
This is an expensive but easy way to go in ordering a Christmas tree. We are 86 and so we do as little as possible. This came in a huge box, but my husband was able to open it. It was in good condition and has remained so. We will probably take it down after the first week in January. It has not taken on water, and it was not clear to me how to water it, so the water is still in the base and probably needs to be removed. Usually a fresh tree will take water.

I got a great deal on 4 apple trees. They arrived timely, one tree had some damage. I reached out and they talked me through pruning it and also refunded me to the next size below what I had purchased. All 4 trees are doing very well.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
