Needed a replacement tree due to one not making it from my original purchase. Customer service representative was so helpful and made the whole process seamless. Especially love that it is so easy to reach and talk to a representative instead of making it so difficult as so many companies do. Will recommend and continue to use as the need arises!

Packaging was perfect but the 6 foot tree was as thin as a willow and only one or two branches. Hope it survives

I bought this small bush knowing it was off season. It came a day late. We planted per directions immediately. There's not a leaf on them. Hopefully, come spring, the plants will come alive.

Ordered a 6 foot orange tree. Received a 4 foot orange tree. Company refunded a whopping $20. The tree has been struggling for a couple months. I am not convinced that it is going to survive. I think you would find more value getting a tree locally from Home Depot, Lowes, or a local farmer.

I ordered 2 pine trees and they were supposed to be 6 feet. They came looking like Charlie brown's Christmas trees. Do not wasteyour money with these people

FastGrowingTrees.com always delivers a great well pruned tree that you can tell was loved and cared for prior to being sent. I made the huge mistake of buying a tree from a big box store before I found and ordered numerous trees from FastGrowingTrees.com. A world of difference in how the trees are pruned to grow properly and also how fast they actually grow! I am a firm believer in FastGrowingTrees.com and will be continuing to order from them for all of my future tree needs!

I contacted customer service after receiving my tree and planting it and it died. I asked to use the warranty for a replacement tree and no one has contacted me about this issue. I sent a follow up email and still no contact.

Wrong item delivered CS Said keep the item and refunded payment. I heve ordered many items from FGT always satisfied with the service and plants.

I chose two beautiful small trees,among many. Easy to order,fast delivery,arrived with no damage. Unwrapped and watered, and planted next day. This Was late dec./// Is now 1/3/25. Waiting on new growth. We've been dry, cold spells, fog and little sun. Cking every day.

I wrote TWICE to customer service to get a resolution for a money tree that I bought for over $60 that died after being shipped to me, I sent pictures and all and nobody contacted me back and I do not have a money tree anymore! And paid for a dead plant!

I ALSO had 1 year care guarantee that I am not sure how I was supposed to use, if nobody contacted me back.

When the delivery company let my tree languish in the Fed Ex warehouse for four weeks, they sent me another (which arrived in a week).

I've bought numerous trees from FGT over the years, and all have done very well so far. I've also been extremely impressed with the support - whenever I have questions, it is very easy to get an actual person on the phone and they have all been extremely helpful. I have recommended them to family/friends and will continue to be a customer myself.

Tree been ground about one month. Everything going as expected. Thanks for your feedback about help if I need it.
