Bought a lemon tree for our patio. Very satisfied. Tried to purchase a lime tree or bush and discovered they are not available in Florida. Very disappointed.

I needed help with changing my delivery date. The lady was very pleasant and helpful. We've bought trees from Fast growing trees in the past ages have been very pleased.
Everything over ordered had arrived expertly packed with the plants undamaged and in wonderful condition. I haven't experienced them during a growing season yet, but they all came with good roots, and hardy stems. I have high hopes for beautiful books in the spring and summer.
I truly appreciate the many options of all fast growing tree offerings; it's nice versus going to a nursery which has limited varieties.
Only half of my trees were delivered not all the trees i ordered were delivered so its very disturbing to get emails from you when you make it so difficult

Hopefully more this year. Anna apple bloomed last year but no apples. So maybe this year. Elder, blackberries and mulberry all putting out like crazy, 2nd year on those. New peach, apricot, and pomegranate this year all healthy. So we'll see what happens this summer.

I was excited to order these plants, but as soon as they arrived it became a disappointment. The order took over a week which probably caused the issues with the plants i had ordered. I tried to revive them for 2 weeks, but they never came back to life...
Its frusterating not being able to talk to someone at the company about my order, especailly since i have two more plants coming that i have no interest in wasting my time or money on reviving. The make you fill out a form for a return or the warranty. When i saw they had a 1 year warranty i thought that was a good sign that the plants would be good. I've ordered plants, bulbs, seeds online and never had a plant arrive in such bad shape.
I ordered the ice-cream Java banana tree and when the sapling arrived all 3 of the leaves were damaged and super droopy, covered in mud. In 2 days the plant wilted.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
