I really love the professionalism of this company. I ordered two plants and the first was shipped so quickly, I received it in a couple of days. The tree was in excellent condition and continues to flourish in my apartment, it is very healthy! I also appreciate the quick shipping to avoid any damage to the tree. My second plant has been delayed because it isn't ready yet, but the company has kept me updated the entire time on its progress. I appreciate that they also want to make sure the plant is ready to ship before sending it too soon. You can tell that they truly care about the health of their products and give them the best chance for a great life! I look forward to watching my plants grow and hopefully will have some beautiful fruits in the future! Thank you!

Took almost. Ten days to arrive. No growth in over one week.previously

I already sent an email to customer service when I received my very damaged boxes, with a few broken branches. I NEVER received a response! I have photos of everything. I would be very surprised if these plants survive. Fed Ex did a horrible job and the boxes were so weak that the metal staples did not hold and many boxes had to be retapped. Many were extremely damaged, a few with no dividers and several plants were smashed on top of each other. Looked like the boxes had been in a rain storm or exposed in transit. 5 gallon roses were in 5 gallon buckets, but very small - might as well been put in 3 gallons.

I ordered small pine tree n packaged beautifully. Planted and doing great.

Plants came dead or half dead and customer service told me to plant them anyway. I took pictures of arrival and a few days after. Some totally died and others are limping along. I went to a big box store a few days later and they had the same trees in much healthier condition for similar pricing. So I regret not getting them nearby. I will not be buying from FastGrowingTrees again. I have Xed the Facebook ads.

We ordered 10 five foot Green Giant Thujas for our back yard to act as a screen from our neighbors. One week later we had an ice storm and we were very concerned about our baby trees but I called and talked to a representative who said that the trees are pretty hardy even under those conditions. One of the trees actually gathered so much ice that the top was bent down to the ground and we thought we lost it. After the ice melted the tree is totally upright and growing well. Not only was the purchase easy and delivery prompt, the advice and care instructions were tremendously helpful. Thank you!

We ordered several Meyer lemon trees as gifts and so far they are growing really nicely, beautiful flowers already! Would have been nice to have care instructions in the box as well as in the emails that were sent.

My first shipment came looking like it had been frozen. Such a bummer. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. They shipped me new avocado trees right away. The new ones arrived beautiful. Great experience, will be a repeat customer.

The plants were in good condition. The shipping was postponed for a couple weeks due to extremely cold temperatures, but otherwise good.

My June Gold peach tree and blueberry bush arrived in good conditions. We have also planted both in my backyard and they seem to be doing well.
