We've been getting my trees from fast growing trees for the last several years. They really do grow faster. Also are very good looking trees. Proper shape, strong limbs and leaf out beautifully. They also are excellent at standing behind their trees. We had one die, not sure why. Could have been our soil, something may have have happened to it in shipping. They replaced it immediately, no problem. Recommend fast growing trees every time.

Unfortunately, some of the plants I received were packaged incorrectly, resulting in four of them being severely damaged. This suggests that the individual responsible for packaging the items may have been careless in their work. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better care for future shipments.

Quick, easy, shipped on time. Tree arrived nice and green, excited to watch it grow and produce some fruit. Overall experience was positive and would recommend to any how are looking to add fruit, decorative tress to their home. Solid 10/10.
My avocado tree has lost all its leaves but I see new ones coming up. Not sure what that means…
Ordered 60 / 70 plants. Easy to shop and purchase. Arrived mostly fine. Delivery instructions not followed so Trees had to be carried a long distance over many days. I do not live close to the property and had to make MANY special trips. The only GIANT COMPLAINT is the number of Emails that were not necessary, or wanted, or pertained to my order. Because of that I probably will NOT order again.
My gardener planted the trees. The ones I bought last year are growing fast. I hope these too are fast growing trees.
Hard to believe you charged $100 for a cigar sized "tree". Maybe I missed it in the description but the plant was ridiculously small. I also had to email about getting it shipped. No response but you shipped the next day. Good news though, if that stub of a plumeria is worth $100 I may be a millionaire with my other two trees!
Very satisfied with the recent purchase from fast growing trees. The service was fast and the plants arrived properly packaged, and they look very healthy. Would definitely buy again.
When the order arrived the bottom of the box was wet. Upon opening the box the container was broken and dirt was all through the box. The plant also did not look like a $100 plus plant.

Trees arrived very small and damaged. Ordered four different trees and there was significant delay in delivery. Overall found that for the price, other stores can offer bigger and better trees for significant lower prices.

When purchasing it have a ship date, as well as stating possible delays, but nothing specific and a sentence explains it would ship quickly and I would be notified. Two weeks go by and nothing. I reached out to customer service and I got a snotty answer stating there ship date was explained at time of purchase and updates would be forthcoming. Again, I HAD TO REACH OUT TO GET THIS INFORMATION. I was then told there would be a delay due to weather (storms). I reiterated that it's ridiculous that the company took my money and even though there was a delay, couldn't update me. They gave me a date, assuring it would be no later. Well, the date comes and goes and again I receive nothing. I reach out and I finally get an email saying there will be yet another delay.
I understand unpredictable weather, I understand there are delays, but companies that take the money upfront usually update their customers or won't charge the customer until it actually ships.
Overall, this company is pathetic. I'm glad this Christmas present will arrive by St. Partty's… if it even does.
I think it was such beautiful delivered plants. I received beautiful specimens they were more lovely than the last
My order arrived nearly a week late, boxes were tied together and plants were falling out of boxes. I even have video of the Fedex driver bringing the order to my home all while plants were falling out from the ends of the boxes onto the ground. Containers were busted, plants were damaged. But both fastgrowingtrees and Fedex are to blame. Box quality was horrible. There were 4 boxes joined together and the top boxes said this side up with arrows pointing up, while bottom arrows pointed down. Totally confusing. But fedex had multiple delivery exceptions where they crushed the boxes. There is no quality control. It's doubtful my plants will survive, and the customer service is lacking.
I just recently bought bamboo trees for our backyard. My experience with fast growing trees has mostly been pleasant. I have bought numerous trees & shrubs from FGT - the 1 year guarantee that they offer is a must! We have had about 50/50 luck with what we have purchased. We usually buy in pairs and we normally get one tree/bush that survives and one that doesn't. At first I thought it was our soil but when you plant two trees - treating them both the same way in the same location and one dies and the other one makes it - it appears that it is the product not the soil.
Very little branches at all and they were all cut not to extend winder then the pot for shipping. Plus very very little root balls. Sad looking trees

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
