The package was some how misshandled and the product need to be protcted better, pecially the roots.
It look like no body read the instructions on the shipping container.

I bought plants last year and was very satisfied. Buying more that will be delivered this spring. Plants come boxed very well and healthy.

Order some evergreen privacy trees and all 8 showed up with a significant amount of brown foliage. So far they have not gotten better or worse.

My lemon tree arrived promptly and healthy. My avocado was significantly delayed and looks bad. I'm going to try to make it healthy, but it was very disappointing that it's in such bad shape.

Was easy to order and the tree arrived in superb shape. I was impressed with the packaging.
Will buy again.

The tree was healthy and ready to plant.

I been purchasing FastGrowing citrus trees since 2018. FastGrowing arrive healthy and fast! I have purchased their Valencia Orange, Cara Cara Orange, Shiranui Mandarin Orange (2), Naval Orange, Thornless Key Lime, and Meyer Lemon. Only my Naval Orange tree died. All of the others are doing way better than I expected. I.e., My thornless Key Lime produces key limes all year long! And so does my Meyer Lemon Tree. My wife and I truly enjoy the experience of picking FRESH HOME GROWEN citrus when ever we want even during the winter time. My next FastGrowing purchase will be a grapefruit tree.

Ordered sugar belle as gift for daughter. Arrived beautifully packed in a box tal l er than me. The tree was straight and green. She loves it.

It was great the lemon Tree was lovely deliver when said it would

I was disappointed when I received my Plumeria Surprise Tree. It sure dead a surprise when we opened the box. We purchased the 3 gallon size, which was the biggest and cost a bit more. When we opened the box there was approximately an 8 inch stick like thing, not a TREE! We didn't expect a full size tree but we definitely didn't expect this! I have NO idea if this will ever grow into a real tree. Very disheartening and disappointing. We both expected so much more. Friends have seen it and their response has been "Are you kidding, I can't believe you actually planted that!" So it's not just us that feel that way. We have it in a huge pot on our lanai and are caring for it but don't have much hope for it! So very disappointed. So if you are looking for a Tree, I would suggest to look at something else!

Ordered a banana tree as a gift for Christmas arrived dead. Went thru effort to get it replaced and they mailed another out during same cold snap arriving dead also and without any kind of measure to keep it warm during shipping. Included in discouragement is how you have to go about getting a refund or replacement. NOT all people on phone were pleasant.

No order received and no communication so far lousy may change if i ever receive order

We've been getting my trees from fast growing trees for the last several years. They really do grow faster. Also are very good looking trees. Proper shape, strong limbs and leaf out beautifully. They also are excellent at standing behind their trees. We had one die, not sure why. Could have been our soil, something may have have happened to it in shipping. They replaced it immediately, no problem. Recommend fast growing trees every time.

Unfortunately, some of the plants I received were packaged incorrectly, resulting in four of them being severely damaged. This suggests that the individual responsible for packaging the items may have been careless in their work. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better care for future shipments.
