You have always met my needs and have always stood behind your guarantee, which I believe I've only needed to use once. If you would, can you please label these delivery instructions on the package as well? (Deliver too the House up the long lane which is just off the Highway thru the White Fence.) I've had a few orders that were dropped off at my neighbors house in the past. Thank You

I got 3 trees a lemon, orange and plum and are all doing well. The plum tree that I got the first of December was loaded with blossoms the end of January and is doing very well. Very pleased with the company and ther help.

Last year was my first purchase from Fast Growing Trees and we were largely pleased with the purchase, the trees, the guarantee and the shipping. The trees appear to be making it through the winter. Looking forward to this spring.

I ordered an American Sycamore tree and a berry bush. The berry bush was affected by a freeze but it is still alive. The tree has grown another foot and has lots of leaves. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

When ordering smaller plants they arrived in good shape. When orderig larger plants (2-3 feet) they arrived in bad shape due to poor handling. When ordering a six pack they arrive in two boxes of three. They are long and spindly boxes and arrive crushed in the middle from the weight of the plants in the ends of the box. Maybe two plants per box would make weight and shape more manageable for the carriers to handle properly. One order was beat up so bad two of the plants soil was out of the container and inside the plastic cover. They didn't make it. Had the same thing happen on another order but only one plant didn't make it. Hoping for better results this time.

Well a little disappointed because the peach tree I ordered the first time didn't make it. But when I got my order it was in great shape. We just don't know what happened maybe to much rain or what.

Box was badly broken soil around roots was loose. But my meyer lemon tree made it. It now has 2 lemons. I like that there is someone to call if having problems with my purchase.

My plants were shipped in the middle of an ice storm and arrived over a week later frozen and dead. I could not get a replacement plant for my pothos but was able to get a new pancake plant. The replacement plant arrived alive but is so small it was not worth the price I paid. The one that arrived dead was double the size of the replacement.

Trees were fast growing as described. Well packaged and arrived on time and healthy. Purchased at 1-2 ft now they are up to 6'

We ordered 200 trees to be delivered; and we had a local gardener available to plan the trees. Quick and easy delivery. Nearly every tree survived the year. Simple - straightforward.

Warranty required a picture of every dead tree. So, be sure to take pictures of any tree you plan to utilize the warranty for.

I've ordered numerous times and all but two trees have thrived. The two that didn't I wasn't sure would grow in my zone so it was my own fault. I've been overall very happy with.

I have purchase multiple seasons of trees from Fast Growings Trees, and they have all flourished (except the one I hit with a lawn mower). The citrus, loquats, and pitted fruit trees have all grown extremely well. The fruit cocktail tree bore fruite the 1st year. The satsumas in my yard haven't fruited but have grown perfect branching patterns. The loquat I first got continues to thicken up. I'm very excited about progress my little grove is making I keep expanding each year.

I have purchased this product from another nursery and the product came dry, terribly packaged and have since died. Fastgrowing Trees product came packaged well, secure and the soil was still moist. The burning bush has done very well and I am most happy with the ones I purchased from Fastgrowing Trees and plan to purchase more in the future.

I purchased a dwarf mandarin orange tree last year. Being in upstate NY I have to plant it in a pot. It grew 33" last summer, I was very pleased. I'm keeping it in my basement over the winter, so far no issues.

I'm going to try my hand with two varieties of this South American shrub. I understand that I'll get more fruit with cross pollination

Perfect previous experience. Beautiful tall strong maple trees that survived and thrived for 2 years. Then our yellow lab decided to chew all three trees one day and leave me heartbroken. I'm attempting to pick up the pieces of my heart and planting new trees, per what my young kids told me to do instead of getting rid of the dog.
