We ordered several evergreen trees for our yard in Southern New Mexico with the understanding that they were reported to do well n our region. They arrived in great condition and we planted them immediately. After 1-2 weeks they were looking like they were struggling and we contacted support to see what we could do. They were very responsive and gave us some great feedback. The trees bounced right back a few weeks later and they are doing well almost a year after. We are looking forward to how much they grow now that they are established.

Some trees arriving with health issues. Eaten leaves. Discolored leaves. Worry about introducing something harmful to my property which did not exist before. Beetles ate foliage last year from your trees. I stopped it, but it wasn't here before.

I ordered two trees. One of them was planted in my front yard to replace a 55 year old fruitless Mulberry tree that had a cracked trunk and had to be taken down.
The tree I planted in my front yard is doing very well, the second tree was planted in Santa Fe NM and is not doing very well at all, but it's because the person who planted it doesn't take care of it the way I take care of mine.
I was very happy with my first order from FastGrowingTrees so I decided to buy a lilac bush today.

I have had an overall great experience, even with losing three trees within months of transplanting and a few shrubs as well. There is always a risk when dealing with plants but the service (thus far) has been good though I know I have two more claims to make before I let the year run out on some peach trees that I thought were doing well but died early autumn.

Great idea and lots of variety but the care of the plants and shipping is pretty bad. I'd say its a 50/50 chance the plants arrive undamaged or without mold. Had multiple trees and other plants arrive badly damaged or covered in white powdery mold. Was offered credits but really have no faith future plants will be of good quality.

I've purchased several Chinese apricots and one summer crispy pear trees. All arrived in excellent shape and form, and all are thriving in my yard. I look forward to spring to see them bloom. Hopefully, I will have fruit from all of them this year! Thank you!

Found what I wanted and received a healthy and growing plant. I also like that I can purchase larger plants that are already very established.

My recent first order was for a Lemon Meyer tree. It arrived on time, fully packaged for transport. I have received messages from Customer Service asking how everything went, and if I had any questions. This type of service is very rare these days!

I have purchased several plants and trees from Fast Growing Trees and they all have done well except one. I notified them about the demise of the plant and it was replaced with no hassle whatsoever.

Ordered 25 flowering shrubs two years ago - all arrived in perfect condition when ready to plant in our growing zone. My butterfly bush was broken up quite a bit seems you need to maybe tape the pots to the cardboard? Idk how but other ones were perfect

I previously ordered a certain plant late in the season. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was "on its last leaves" and didn't survive. FGT gave me a refund because a replacement wasn't available. So I'm now reordering two of that same plant but earlier in the season. 🤞🏼
