Purchased a white crepe myrtle and it is growing beautifully

Excited to try in my garden. Missing color in a few spots. Great explanations of watering need and blooming season.

I have ordered 4 times from FGT, and every time the plants arrived within the scheduled window, with the plants in very good healthy shape. I'll definitely orer from them again!

I have had rather poor results with survival rates here where I live. I live in Western Colorado - a hot dry desert. We do however, have irrigation. Nevertheless, with the climate we NOW HAVE, intense sun, hot winds, and extended drought, only the MOST hardy trees can make. Therefore, I STRONGLY SUGGEST, that you be more proactive in suggesting which trees can have the best chance of survival. Most of the Giant Thuja I have planted, despite my best efforts, have died!

Gave me a store credit. Was easy to present my case and on a timely manner the gave me credit for another purchase.

Plants are healthy when they arrive and the company is very responsive to all inquiries and concerns about planting and wellbeing of the plants.

Trees were broken in shipping. Customer is sending replacement but have received. Risky ordering. Sometime good sometimes bad.

Ordered 80 Thuja Green Giant trees 🌲.
All arrived in good shape but ended up having some not take hold and grow. Fast Growing Trees are standing behind their Alive and Thrive warranty and replacing them. Will definitely use Fast Growing Trees for all my tree needs. Thanks

The delivery window was not accurate so when it was clear I would not recieve my tree in time I canceled. 3 stars because I was able to get a full refund relatively easily so that points to decent customer service, but I can't speak to the tree quality itself. I do wish the delivery window had been accurate because I really wanted a kumquat tree for my wedding ceremony and had to settle for a fig tree from lowes. I would attempt to order from them again in the future when I don't have a time strain. The prices were very good.

Every time I order a tree, the are quick to help with any kind of planting or health related questions. I have lost a couple and have never had a problem redeeming the warranty. Its never fun spending bookoos of money on a cherished tree and then something happens. I appreciate this company!
