The plants were as advertised and came healthy. I was looking for a lot of varieties that I could not find locally.
Bought my first tree in July. It arrived in great condition and in the last 2 months it's grown over 10.inches. So pleased.
I bought a fig tree and blueberry bush. Fig tree came in perfectly but the blueberry bush was very sad with a main branch broken off. I pruned it off and planted them both. They are thriving but I was disappointed with the breakage.

They only do store credits, not refunds so i'm stuck in a vicious cycle. Unfortunately my original tree order came broken and wilted, i got a store refund for that. Then i replaced it with a red hydrangea- that arrived pretty late and it was riddled with black spots (them saying I should treat it for weeks and that it was common to get diseased plants from them was regrettable) so they refunded me with store credit for the store credit part is used. I hope this last order is not another disappointment.

Good as far as sales. Most trees surivie and thrive, but a big 0 as far as warranty replacement. No bad tree has ever been replaced

I have been using Fast growing trees from 2018. And I would love to say that not even a single plant has been bad. They have an excellent customer service team that resolves your issues in no time. You can call them and ask for advices if you're confused with something about the plant. They're always ready to help you. Kudos to the team That works so hard. I have about count on how many plans and trees I have purchased from there. I am a regular customer and would never want to buy plans from any other website.

I ordered 2 hydrangea bushes, in 3 gallon pots. They arrived precisely when I scheduled them. (Delivered around August 6th) They are big and healthy looking. Got them planted within 2 hours of delivery. I'm glad I ordered the larger size. They won't need nearly the amount of babying as it would have been with smaller sized bushes. So far, I'm very happy to have found FastGrowingTrees.
I normally purchase my Fruit trees from Home Depot, but wanted to see the difference between buying the cheaper ones from Home Depot In comparison to a true nursery with quality trees. I bought a plum tree, nectarine tree and two cherry trees. And out of all four trees, only one of them bears fruit. In comparison, all of the trees I purchased from Home Depot are thriving and deliver 30 to 50 pounds of fruit each year. I tried to contact customer service and although they were somewhat helpful and always are generous with their time to give advice. They were not willing to work with me by giving me a discount on a future purchase, even though my experience was so negative
I am a longtime customer of Fast Growing Trees. This year I have had many unsatisfactory experiences due to the delivery by Fedex. Because of these experiences I have been purchasing from The Tree Center. The condition of the plants delivered has been excellent. Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
