Trees were broken in shipping. Customer is sending replacement but have received. Risky ordering. Sometime good sometimes bad.

Ordered 80 Thuja Green Giant trees 🌲.
All arrived in good shape but ended up having some not take hold and grow. Fast Growing Trees are standing behind their Alive and Thrive warranty and replacing them. Will definitely use Fast Growing Trees for all my tree needs. Thanks

The delivery window was not accurate so when it was clear I would not recieve my tree in time I canceled. 3 stars because I was able to get a full refund relatively easily so that points to decent customer service, but I can't speak to the tree quality itself. I do wish the delivery window had been accurate because I really wanted a kumquat tree for my wedding ceremony and had to settle for a fig tree from lowes. I would attempt to order from them again in the future when I don't have a time strain. The prices were very good.

Every time I order a tree, the are quick to help with any kind of planting or health related questions. I have lost a couple and have never had a problem redeeming the warranty. Its never fun spending bookoos of money on a cherished tree and then something happens. I appreciate this company!

I ordered 2 plum bushes in June. By August I still had not received my bushes. I am so disappointed because the reviews had me all excited about getting excellent trees. All I kept getting was excuses as to why I had not received my order.

Ordered trees that were turning brown & dying within 30 days of purchasing. I reached out to customer service for guidance and they replaced the trees and provided very imformative information of handling the issue.

Had a broken peach tree, they replaced it no questions asked! They also replaced it with a larger tree.

Our Smokebushes arrived as promised and in great condition. They are doing well and look perfect where we planted them. Can't wait to watch them grow.

I had concerns that my dogwood looked pretty ragged when it arrived. The person to whom I spoke assured me that if it still looks like it might not 'make it' by next spring that I could do something then. I asked for watering and fertilizing directions, and she was very precise. I'm babying it now, with hopes that it will look great by next April.

Trees arrived quickly, were planted immediately and are looking healthy!
