Bought two lemon trees. Even with proper care, both died within a month. Claimed my "warranty" trees but had to pay $30 for shipping. One of the "warranty" trees arrived dead and without any leaves which were loose in the box. The other "warranty" tree died within a month even with proper care and watering. My request for replacement trees was answered with "Sure, give us another $30 for shipping."
Ergo the title of this report.

Great experience with the thujas last time. They were 1 to 2 ft and planted about 8 yrs ago or so. Now they are 30 ft approximately and healthy

I had ordered two avocado trees and two citrus trees. Both times the trees were packed two in the same box stuffed on top of each other and arrived damaged. The same happened with my lavender bush orders. It is very hard to imagine this was done without noticing. Who in the world packs a tree upside down ontop of another tree, then seals the box and ships. I will only order one at a time in order to spare your trees and plants. Please, train your packing department better.

The packaging for shipping two Plants was inadequate and the shipper really damaged the box and plants. Fast Growing Trees did send a replacement for the most damaged plant, but the other plant
Appears to not be doing well. The replacement plant is very nice. What I had hoped to be buying.

Tried to order a 4-5 ft red haven at $99 but at checkout it went up to $142. I was told on a chat that this increase was due to availability and that, basically, the listed discounts don't apply. Not happy about that.

Great company and I have purchased many trees from fast growing trees and this is the first tree I have had issues with. They replaced the tree as they had warrantied but had to pay shipping again.

I really was hesitant to order plants online, but have been pleasantly surprised. My cost is less than purchasing at local nurseries. The quality and health of the plants are wonderful.

Over all the plants have been good. Only one came in dead because of the hot weather in Texas

I'm having trouble with the smaller bags cracking at the filling cap.

Fast, good products, a large selection and website is easy to use

Some of the plants were skecheyat first but with a little babying they snapped out of it and were fine.
