I have ordered a few other trees. I also ordered the fruit cocktail tree. The trees came beautifully packaged. The costumer service is great.
Trees are great and doing well but unable to get through to you guys frustrated me that I could not recommend you guys, such ashame. And I was looking forward to ordering 2 plums and 4 peaches but I think I'll wait for lows.
The trees came well packaged. We got another frost, so for the moment they're in pots and not the ground, so we will see how they transfer to the ground once we get some warmth.

Ordered a weeping willow and Hass avocado. Willow has sunburn over half it's twig of a trunk. Bought another willow from a big box stores that is twice the height and 4x the trunk thickness for 1/2 the price. The avocado's root stock was allowed to grow another stem and has been Frost bitten. Both stems are growing into each other. There's only 1 leaf on the Hass graft so I hesitate to prune the stem from the root stock. It's also flowering.
Never purchased on-line before. Can't believe it came fed-ex and is awesome. No damage in transit, outstanding quality tree, excellent communication with grower.
Plants were shipped wrong. One pair of Kiwi ordered yet comes 2 sets of mini plants? Don't quite understand. Packing was lose with dirt all over the box. Very disappointed.
I had no problems at all with the company. I had trouble with FedEx not delivering on time.

The website was easy to navigate. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I called later to add an additional plant to my order. The plants came very securely shipped in a reinforced cardboard box and their pots were covered in a plastic bag to keep the soil in. My plants were healthy and already putting out new leaves. I planted them last weekend and they're still alive, so I'm hoping for some blueberries (and maybe limes?) later this summer.
The tree came in great condition despite the delivery company delivering it upside down. Packaging should state "this side up". Fortunately we were home for the delivery.

I received my order of Jane Magnolia trees 1 was to small for it's price and the other had some branches broken taped the branch with black tape they both looked to be dead very disappointed with quality of tress.
