The tree arrived quickly and were in great shape. The pot I purchased was a waste of money. The trees were barely 1ft. Tall. I expected a tree between 1 and 2 Feet.

I ordered two double knock out red roses. The 1 year old plant looks fine, but the 2 year old arrived dead (branches black and dry - and there is no hope for this rose plant).

Good prices and surprisingly fast delivery. The plants were well packed and healthy looking. The holly tree has been in the ground for about 2 weeks now, and seems to do well despite more than a few cold days/nights here in Northern Virginia.

I ordered the Crape Myrtle as a Birthday present for a great friend. The tree was ordered, boxed, and shipped within 3 - 5 days and my friend was so, so very happy. She sent me a picture and it was a very nice size tree and very healthy looking. I have ordered from Fast-Growing-Trees in the past and have had received excellent service and great products.

The tree came in a burlap bucket sized bag, but the root system was less than teacup size. The planting directions are impossible to follow due to lack of roots.

What a few scrawny $#*! willows! Much LESS than I expected! How i the world do you stay in business with that lousy product?!

Initial delivery was 2 palm trees that were badly damaged. Fast-Growing has stated they will resend trees in 5 days. While it wasn't entirely their fault possibly the packaging should be more substantial if this is a common occurrence, hopefully not but I am very much looking forward to the replacement palms, hopefully they arrive intact. Customer service has been good so far.

I placed an order and forgot to enter the free shipping code. I contacted customer service and they corrected my error - on a weekend, after hours! The plants arrived faster than I expected and they were packed very well. The plants were very heathy. I will certainly be ordering from Fast Growing Trees in the future. Thank you!

Most of the plants came through looking great, but the two blueberry bushes came as just sticks. I have faith they'll grow though and do wonderfully.

I had a tree that would not grow and died. I got a refund that I used for other plants and small trees and am very happy with the customer service. The new plants look very nice and I'm excited again to see them grow!

I'm so excited to plant these bushes and begin my berry hobby. They were in excellent condition when I opened the box. Price was better than Lowe's locally too.

My order was a gift for my mom for her birthday, she received it just a few days after I placed the order and was thrilled with the plant! I made a call to customer service within a day or two of ordering as well to ask about delivery and was helped quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using this website again.
