Initial delivery was 2 palm trees that were badly damaged. Fast-Growing has stated they will resend trees in 5 days. While it wasn't entirely their fault possibly the packaging should be more substantial if this is a common occurrence, hopefully not but I am very much looking forward to the replacement palms, hopefully they arrive intact. Customer service has been good so far.

I placed an order and forgot to enter the free shipping code. I contacted customer service and they corrected my error - on a weekend, after hours! Most of the plants came through looking great, but the two blueberry bushes came as just sticks. I have faith they'll grow though and do wonderfully.

I had a tree that would not grow and died. I got a refund that I used for other plants and small trees and am very happy with the customer service. The new plants look very nice and I'm excited again to see them grow!

I'm so excited to plant these bushes and begin my berry hobby. They were in excellent condition when I opened the box. Price was better than Lowe's locally too.

My order was a gift for my mom for her birthday, she received it just a few days after I placed the order and was thrilled with the plant! I made a call to customer service within a day or two of ordering as well to ask about delivery and was helped quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using this website again.

This tree was plump and healthy. The tree root ball was wrapped in burlap and ready to plant. Once I saw this I purchased another tree. I anxious await its arrival.

I had purchased a tree from another nursery who kept lying about the ship date and put me off for months. The tree was a gift for my best friend who had lost his mother, and the delays made it worse. So I cancelled the order and order the same tree from Fast Growing Trees and the tree arrived in less than a week! Thank You.

You would be better asking after the trees or order has shipped and received to get a more qualified rate of experience.

Only planted 5 days? Nothing yet.
It will problaly take longer will just have to watch lt and wait.

Great purchase. Plant came quicker than I had expected and was larger than I had hoped for. It came with the soil and fertilizer included in same package.

My Pineberry was delivered in a timely manner. After I removed it from the box and cleaned it up, it perked right up. It looks great and I think it will do well.
