I immediately unpacked my four trees the same day they arrived. Two had some brown areas. One has brown on all of one side. I watered them and repotted them in slightly larger pots in hopes they would recover. I am still waiting. I have not seen any changes so far. I also paid to insure the plants. How long should I wait?

Trees came packaged very well to prevent damaging. Both trees are now putting out new growth. One is a bit slower in putting out new leaves than the other but I expect it will catch up. It remains to be seen if these are true Hong Kong Orchard trees which don't put out those annoying seed pods. But I expect and hope that this tree company knows what a true HK Orchard tree is!

Ordered 18 Shooting Star Junipers. Shipping trees from South Carolina to Washington State was a new experience for me. They arrived in less than a week, the soil in each pot still damp. They dont seem to have suffered greatly, one trees top was broken.

Very pleased They kept me updated the whole time the weather was too cold where I live so they held off on my order until the weather was just right for me to plant them When the plant finally arrived they looked awesome did not even look stressed

Tree was delivered as promised and in excellent condition. Tree is planted and is surviving so far. Will know for sure in 30 days.

Generally pleased, but was a little upset with the small root system on all the trees. All but one has leafed out very well. The lone tree indicates it is still alive because the stems show green when pricked.

I ordered two of the 4 fruit trees, they came when they said, shipping delayed due to weather in my area, thought it was great of them waiting to ship to be sure when I received I could plant, got them in the ground and they look great, will review/update next year with report of how well or not they are doing, all interactions with customer service has been great!

Plants were individually boxed and only had a few broken limbs, to be expected. Received a shipment from a competitor that had seven plants in one box. Would definitely buy from again.

2nd or 3rd e-mail why dond you replace my tree? It was a bad tree. Pls contact me i spent almost $100 on it and you have said nothing. Jer.

I ordered a number of trees, Avocados, Persimmons, Olives, etc. along with 4 mimosas. All were treated the same, huge hole dug, new miracle grow soil, staked and watered here in warm Louisiana. Everything took off well except two of the 4 Mimosa trees. I keep hoping they will still grow, but I don't think so. Everything else is branching and green. These two are just sticks. Sad.

Was purchased as a housewarming gift for my daughter... its been called the Charlie Brown tree. While I laughed I was embarrassed to give it as a gift.

So excited to get this tree but after a few weeks it looks dead. Trying to be hopeful that it will take a turn for the better.

So far, so good. It's a little early to know how the tree will do, but it appears to be O. K. The review should really come a couple of months later.

I ordered, figured it would take close to a week to arrive, NOPE, my order arrived in 2 days! Before my daughters birthday! I opened the box to find the most healthy plant I've ever ordered! Lots of green leaves. I had to scramble to get a pot and everything needed to plant it. My daughter was so excited when I gave it to her. I will be ordering again!

Great experience with ordering, and the trees came in a few days. They are just one stick each, but have a good amount of leaves and are healthy. I would order again from this website for sure!

That was my review. The cyprus are happy and the spruce is happier. The will cant decide if it likes its feet that wet. The apple trees are budding and going well.

Website was easy to use and delivery was fast and smooth. Wide variety of products to choose from. As long as the plants survive, I will definitely use again for future orders.
