The Fiddle leaf fig arrived with brown edges on many leaves. I gave the tree a bigger pot, straightened out the main stem, did not over water it and the brown edges are getting worse. Since the leaves are large, it will be a while before it can grow new leaves that are not brown. I am not sure if I can make it look better.
I bought 5 trees. One was shipped broken. The band that holds the root ball had broken during shipping/packaging and one tree was broken in half. The company QUICKLY sent a replacement which made it right. All the trees seem to be doing well so far and have new leaves. I would highly recommend buying from this company and I will be buying more from them I. The future as well.
THe Oak tree I ordered came with a crumbling root system that did not take root once replanted. It came in the same box as the other tree on the opposite side so the soil came out and roots crumbled. I planted it anyway but it died. This was the first time I ordered trees online. I should get my money back.

Our honeycrisp tree arrived in great shape, full of leaves and an abundant roots. None of the branches were bent or damaged. There was even a small bud growing upon arrival.

I ordered two rose trees. They showed up on just 2 days. The plants were alive and healthy and have since grown quickly and are beautiful.

Unfortunately the Mojave Desert where I live is rather unforgiving.
Firstly one poplar died, it was pretty much just a stick in dirt when it came. We tried to save it but it wasn't healthy and died. The second poplar is gorgeous and super healthy. Our tulip poplar is like the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree. Done everything it says on to fertilize it good dirt the whole works and it looks like it is just getting by but not thriving.

I had a customer service person call me and they got us the warranty on the one dead poplar for a reduced price so now next year we get to try again with one of their plants. Unfortunately I still didn't get any advice for the Tulip Poplar and we followed all of its care instructions to the letter and it now has its last 3 leaves left on it and I am very doubtful of its winter survival :(

The apricot tree was planted properly, watered on a regular basis but did not leaf out. It is dead. It is hard to be any thing except very dissatisfied after spending about $100 and getting a dead tree.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
