I ordered 4 of the largest Windmill Palm trees last summer. They came 2 were good size the other 2 were barely above ground after planting the rootball. 2 died by the end of the year last year. I tried to get them replaced & was met with needing proof they were dead etc. I spent thousands buying them & having them professionally planted. Very disappointed.
Very disappointed! Ordered a tree that came in almost dead and it did die all the way and your company will not stand behind it because I am on the line of the zone number. But that had nothing to do with it shipping in almost dead!
Bought 3 junipers about 3 yrs ago. Very healthy and well packed. In 3 years they've grown to about 8ft and provide a charming cove in the garden

I ordered a 6-7 foot tall fiddle leaf fig which arrived in good condition. I was a little surprised it was as tall as it is (over 7 feet), which is concerning because I have 8 foot ceilings. Since I've had it in my home, it's shed about 15% of its leaves, which is also concerning. It's getting watered regularly and has sun exposure, so I don't know what to do to keep it from dropping leaves.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
