All the dawn redwood trees are doing well along with the pink lady apple tree.

Always responsive to remedy any issues with the plants. High success rate (survival), and fast support if there are any issues.

I received a banana plant with all of its leaves broken or collapsed. When I asked for a new one to be sent under the survive and thrive guarantee, I was told I needed to give the plant more time to settle in. When the next leaf finally came out, it did so extremely slowly and then collapsed. While I am certain this plant could have survived much longer, it did not thrive and would not have. Certainly the survive and thrive guarantee does not contemplate that I have to live with a plant, that is the centerpiece of the living room, with collapsed leaves and a generally dead/decaying appearance when that is exactly how it arrived. As a regular customer (this was the fourth banana plant me or my wife purchased) I am extremely disappointed in Fast Growing Trees for failing to honor what seems like a very straightforward guarantee, and a reason I felt confident ordering trees from them as an online plant retailer.

Ordered four trees all did well but one. I like The trees, plant one for each grandchilds first christmas. Love to see them grow with kids

Have planted several trees. They were shipped in great condition. Company has made good on the offered guarantee when needed. Overall, satisfied and continue to make purchases.

I had a tree die and they replaced it with a new one immediately.

In the past I had an issue with some plants and they were great with working with me on replacing them.

I have had good luck with them in the past. Just get the extended warranty and they will back if it dies…

Plants were well packaged and beautiful. I would like the shipping information to be better. It's either unfulfilled or fulfilled on the website with no expected dates. Prices are a tad high but warranties are in place
