I am saddened as this company had sent me trees with dieing leaves and holes in the leaves. I had left a review on their website and they had removed it and didn't even try to help resolve the issue. I am left with trees that I can't use. This is not what was advertised.
We purchased 16 six ft Green Giants last year. They arrived in narrow boxes and were as thin as toothpicks. But worse..., despite our diligent drip system watering, 3 of them died and yet "FGT's" wouldn't stand behind their product... wouldn't replace them! Also, we of course wanted them to match the remaining 13 shrubs in the row! So we have no use for that kind of company.
My husband ordered an avocado tree based on the picture of a very full, bushy, healthy looking tree. What he got was about one stalk with a couple branches and a few leaves that looked very straggly and NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE. The cost was $119 plus a $39.99 shipping fee. When we complained that we did not get what was pictured. The answer, "The trees we send out are not mature trees but have well established root systems..." Then THAT SHOULD BE STATED. And why not show the picture of what you are actually sending out?
It all is like false advertising to me, AND I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY GET? NOT what is pictured, that is for sure.

I have ordered two kumquat trees 4-5ft tall. I was expect the tree to be anywhere close to the one on the picture. However, the disappointment was huge when I received the actual trees. 4-5 ft were made by binding the branches for the tree to look taller. CMN! It's a rip off! Kumquats were at the most 3ft tall and with very few branches... doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

Our trees arrived with their top half brown and most of them just a few sticks in the air. We purchased 40 trees total, 1/2 4-5 ft and the other 1/2 5-6ft. This was a big investment. I contacted the company when the trees arrived and their response was this happens during the first frost'. They didn't experience a frost in shipping, I don't think they even read my concern. I bought insurance, going to give it a month and then contact for full reimbursement because I wasn't sold healthy trees.
Terrible Did not receive and the only thing that they gave me was a $10 refund specially at this time they should have just gave me a full refund and I will be calling to get there to get that today
We Received great plants and the burlap planter bag is the best.
I ordered two 5-6 ft baby giant thuja trees (Virginian arborvitae) from FGT. The shipping was delayed by a couple of days but trees arrived healthy with the root balls still in moist soil. One of the trees was a great upright specimen however I am thoroughly disappointed with the second tree. The trunk is completely deformed with a "hunch back" all the way from the root to the top of the tree. If I were picking a tree at the store myself I would never pick a specimen like that. I am not sure why FGT would think shipping a tree like that would be okay, specially when I paid $170 a tree.
I had to improvise and plant the "hunch back" tree with the rootball at a significant tilt in the ground. I doubt the structure of the tree will be able to hold its own weight as it grows taller though:-(.

I received part of my order presently available. The Italian Cyprus were fine. All three of the banana trees were dead within a day of being open.

Ordered Thuga Green Giant trees and received them in just a couple of days. They were packaged very carefully, and the trees were absolutely beautiful. Exceeded my expectations!
FEDEX delivered the trees and we planted them. Need to wait a couple of years to see how they turn out.

The trees were great but the packaging could've been better. A couple plants had torn plastic bags around them which is no big deal but I had a plant completely fall apart in the shipping box, with dirt everywhere and roots were bare. I had to clean the dirt up and pack it back into the planter and hopefully the tree survives. But other than that hiccup the trees looked really nice.
I found the website easy to use and navigate. The selection of trees was good. Delivery was FAST and EASY. Nice Job FastGrowingTrees.com!
Came when it was supposed to. Is as described, just don't expect plants, just sticks and about a foot long.

THE TREES ARRIVED BUT WERE LEFT ON OUR FRONT PORCH FOR THE DAY IN THE SUN AND THE LEAVES ARE ALL BLACK AND WILTED, WE ARE WAITING TO SEE IF THEY WILL RECOVER!

I ordered two trees and one has a sturdy and well established trunk and branch presentation. The second tree was very small for a 3-4 ft tree. It had 3 very thin and sparse branches, two of them broken. I was very disappointed. I was advised to wait for a month and see if this tree will have an established growth pattern. If it doses not, I was advised that it would be replaced by the folks at Fast growing Trees.com.
