Ordered 3 plants. Box arrived a little damaged. All plants looked in rough shape, but followed directions and 2 of them are looking good. The raspberry is bare and trying to survive

Waited a year for these trees to restock. Arrived in questionable shape, most leaves dead, but a few new shoots in place. Let them adjust in their pot for a week and then planted. New leaves are growing. Need to wait and see.
I've ordered about a dozen plants from here over past year and everything seems to be doing well. They are serious pros and shipping (and getting all the plants securely in a box).
Within a week of receiving my plant it was dead. I gave it water right right right away and left in direct sunlight and It just died
Packaging arrived all beat up. I only gave it 3 stars because they gave me a refund. Otherwise it winks have been 2. The plants were damaged, one had spots all over it. I tried to save them but I couldn't.

I ordered a bush/tree from this company and asked it be delivered in September because of summer heat in Texas. Even though that was 6 weeks away they assured me they had the plant and that would be fine. 4 weeks later i get a notice that we are sorry we don't have the plant and will refund your money. I called and pressed them and they said they never had the plant. My question then why did your salesman tell he had a beautiful 5ft plant when i first called?
I've had a really great experience in the past with this product but unfortunately this time my plants did not make it past a few months
My peach tree (bonfire patio) came in today pretty banged up with broken branches... The other two were roughed up and soil were all over the place - but may recover hopefully. Have asked them to replace my peach tree and have sent them pictures. Hopefully they revert fast and send the replacement for the peach tree.
Update: Customer service was great. They looked at the pics and are sending a replacement tree!
We paid well over 300.00 dollars for two azalea's that are no bigger than 8 inches in circumference and a tiny twig that's supposed to bear oranges by maybe by 2050. Seriously, a total waste of money. Please go to anyone local and pay 1/10th of the price for better quality. Lesson learned.
Please, DO NOT ORDER from these folks. The bottom line is… they apparently sent out a diseased tree (on branches ALL OVER the tree) to me, would not replace it, suggested I buy insurance at additional cost, and if it died, they would give me a voucher if I proved it was dead. It took over 3 months to try to resolve and 6 emails with pictures for their conclusion above, each time I emailed them SHOWING the disease. This is NOT A GOOD COMPANY to deal with.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
