This was our first time buying a tree sight unseen and having it shipped to our house. The tree arrived looking very good. We can't wait to see how it grows.
I ordered four trees and two of them arrived shocked. I cannot evaluate accurately at this time as I am waiting to see if, y trees recover. I did speak with customer service and they were helpful.
I received my trees faster than I expected. They looked well for being shipped. It's been a few weeks. So far so good.
A little bit expensive. But both trees are pretty healthy and packaged well.
They blueberry and blackberry plants were rough upon arrival. There was a bug in the box which caused some damage to the two plants, however I had lizards eat those the first day here. They are doing well now but not as full as I thought they'd be. The lemon plant was perfect and plush upon delivery exceeding my expectations. The blueberry and blackberry plants aren't as lively.
We'll be back. I think that says it all.
We did not know how big they'd be - a little small for my wife's taste. We are happy with them though and a couple of weeks in they look good.
I ordered a fiddle leaf fig, a monstera and a boston fern. While the monstera looks very shabby after opening, the boston fern was extremely dried out and will die anytime now (inspite me watering it and spraying water to keep it in humid condition). I am very unhappy with the purchase of my boston fern and would appreciate a replacement of a fresh plant or a full refund for the boston fern at the least.
We are so sorry to hear how your Boston Fern arrived! I do hope we can work together in providing the most desirable solution for you and your plants! We're reaching out privately to offer some support!
The replacements were delivered in great shape! Thank you!
The trees came quickly. The FedEx guy delayed my delivery over a weekend. Some of the trees were damaged but are getting better.
Worst experience I ever had. Started by ordering a large batch of Cypress Laylands (45) total in 3 different orders. First, they took an inordinate amount of time which they don't tell you about before you order. Took month and a half to get first order! And every time I call (total of 2 or 3 times) they would give me a sad story of why it would take so long. After I received my order it was missing 2 trees which they supplied; however, my problems were just starting. After my cypress trees were planted by my trusted gardener of 10 years trees started dying, 1/3 of my order went to the grave. I contacted FastgrowingTrees.com and after unsuccessful attempts and sending them pictures of my first 7 dead tress not one, not twice, but three times, they finally sent me only 3 replacement trees and not the seven I was supposed to get. After contacting them again about the remaining missing trees and by now additional trees were getting sick they simply gave me the "statue of limitations defence and told me it had been over 30 days. TS! I decided to just go to HomeDepot, get the same trees but considerably larger (10 gallons instead of the 1 gallon they sent me) for a fraction more and if they die they just replace it no questions asked! Wish I had thought of that before. Moreover, they try to make you buy insurances to protect against sick trees they know they sent you.
Unlike several other online providers Fastgrowing trees.com actually ships fast, trees arrive in good condition due to good packaging. I have now received at least 8 + trees in the 5-8 feet tall sapling Stage (white oak, Red oak, maple, willow) since august this year and the plantings have all gone well.
I ordered several skip laurels from fast growing trees and they arrived in excellent condition within a few days! I didn't receive a confirmation email so I called the customer service number and within minutes had the confirmation sent to me. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Trees arrived a month late. They were dried & everything in the pot was upturned. My fig tree was infested with ants. Extremely unhappy since I paid so much for these hoping they would be better than Home Depot.
We apologize for the delayed response! I see the matter has been resolved. Please reach back out if you have any other questions!
The 10 trees that i did buy came in a box with them planted in a 3x3x4 container and they were dry as sand. I have done my best to make them survive by buying miracle grow, containers to make them stand up straight. I have 5 that have survive still this was 4 months ago that they were sent. Not happy with the service of delivery or the instructions.

I ordered a gift for my sister of what was supposed to be a beautiful apricot rose bush and she was sent a plant covered in black spot. After several contacts with customer service, she was sent another bush that was also diseased. They said they would refund 15% and told her to get a pesticide (for a fungus!). I asked for a store credit for when they had some healthy plants to send and I was only offered a 30% refund on a very expensive rose bush. I do not recommend this company.
Purchased over $3000. 00 trees and here are the facts.
The company has poor customer service team that are not properly trained, if and when an item is lost the proper steps are not in place, at time the representative will become rude and disrespectful and you will be hangup on.
There is no honesty and transparency with the inventory, they tell you that your tree is growing and will be shipped then next day they say it is out of stock, even that you have paid for it and you were promised to get your order, you won't.
The company will take its time to do a refund no matter of the circumstances, the actual manager and leadership team will not come to front line to discuss and resolve the issues you will be discussing your issues with inexperienced supervisors who have very little to no authority to make any decision but to receive the permission via messaging chat system, they will have your fund, your order has not been fulfilled and the customer is their mercy.
I strongly recommend that you look in the nursery around town, much better warranty and the transparency of the actual stock.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
