I purchased a $70 houseplant for my office that stated on the website I would receive a fully mature plant and displayed a beautiful picture. What I received was a few stems with sparse at best leaves and a root ball half the size of the pot it was sent in. When I contacted CS I was told the plant looked healthy and would look like the website picture in 6 months to a year. I would not have spent that on a plant for something in this state. CS said I could pay to return and lose a 25% restocking fee. Attaching picture of the plant received and then picture from the website. Never again!
Trees were a little beat up by parcel service but snapped right back after a week. They look great.
Ordered tree for my niece Deb, to commemorate her father who recently died. 3-4 foot Blazing red maple said to be a fast-grower. Disappointed there was no watering schedule in planting info. It arrived in tact and promptly. We delivered our gift to my niece, planted it under instructions. So far, so good!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
