I bought quite a few Green Giant trees they haven't very much Almost three years and they're still 18 inches to 24 inches tall kind of disappointed about them I bought four Aspen trees last one but the other three are still doing quite well when a lot of people said that I could not grow an Aspen tree in Oklahoma.

When I cancelled the first order, I THOUGHT I could purchase these local. When I found out they were coming UPS, and delayed for another week, what UPS driver do YOU know is going to water those delayed trees? Then. When I received a really nice email back, regarding my cancellation, I rethought my purchase. If your customer service is THAT professional, I came back to you guys. I apologize for MY stupidity. I just worry about their not being dead upon arrival.

If you have question just call. Staff is willing to assist and advice you to check if tree is alive when it has not bloomed yet.

We ordered 12 of the Thuja Aborvitae 4 to 5 feet tall. They shipped super fast. They arrived in great condition. They website is easy to use and descriptions are informative. The special sales help keep the things we need within our budget. The website has special instructions and hints for planting the plants.

Buying is pretty straight forward. We have lots of experience with annuals, perennials, simple to exotics. The trees were our babies, out in the sun Spring through Fall, and in a sun room during cold weather. Unfortunately the trip was 4 months longer than expected and we had to restock many of our favorites.

I have struggled to keep all the apple trees alive. We will see what the spring looks like once things start to bloom. I have bought many apple trees in the past. Some from you guys and the other through my phone Home Depot.

This is a replacement tree. I had to continually email and call. They failed to send the replacement tree last year and did not contact me this year.

My columnar gingko is starting to grow well. My parents had an enormous female gingko, so I didn't want the fruit or the gigantic size for my yard. This little guy is a real star in the fall with his golden leaves and unique shape. It was well packed and delivered quickly.

I made two purchases last April and on one I purchased the one year warranty and on the other I didn't for some reason. 10 trees died. But 8 were covered by the warranty, thankfully. Customer service was great and a pleasure to speak with during the process. They were quick to respond and follow up with every email. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.

Fast Growing trees is the first on-line nursery I had ever used. Honestly, I think of this company before I think of my state wide nurseries!
