The tree was pruned way too much, did not have much foliage

Ordered 10 Burning Bushes. Arrived in beautiful condition. Each were about 2 1/2 feet tall. Reordered 1 week later and received another 10 Burning Bushes averaging 8 inches tall. Customer Service said it's the luck of the draw. Too bad about the size of the plants in the 2nd shipment. Their comment was "they will grow" Yeh, maybe 2 or 3 years from now.

Good website and service.
The only issue is transportation.
My trees lost a lot of leaves during transportation, and I have to recover them first.

Great trees, but slightly smaller than described and arrived a couple of days later than expected

We ordered 2 more cold tolerant avacado trees as ours did so well here in Austin, Tx. We also purchased two Do Juan climbing roses that are around 5ft tall and beautiful, can't wait to get them all in the ground!

Great delivery time easy and easy instructions. Will be ordering again in the future. Only reason not 5 star because rocket fertilizer bottle when mixed with water like recommended would not mix and work properly just had to use a regular hose.

Ordering a tree online was new for me. Descriptions of the trees themselves made the choice easy, descriptions of the shipping and delivery process along with planting and care instructions made it worry free. The tree was in beautiful condition when it arrived only 2 or 3 days after my order, and it looks to be in great shape 3 weeks after planting.

Bought the tree, once it arrived it was severely bent in the middle. It was obvious that incompetent planting resulted in the tree contorting itself to reach more sunlight. After trying to straighten the tree, it is still slightly bent with its trunk crooked. The tree is ugly and obviously will be removed next spring with a tree from a real nursery. Its obvious that business will send out any shoddy product.

Tree was not quite the size as described. The height was in the right range but it couldn't be any thinner. The support was thicker than the tree itself

My online research discovered Fast Growing Trees; a pleasant telephone call lead to my order and now at 81 years of age, I have great hopes of seeing that space filled and beautiful.

Ordered two 10-12' Cherry trees to be delivered to parents who lost their Son. The Trees were delivered quickly and in great shape. They are now planted and we hope to see beautiful flowers in the Spring. Customer service was outstanding.

This tree arrived quickly, sent from SC and I'm in NC. It was healthy and so far it seems happy. I did leave it in the house a couple nights so it wouldn't be shocked by the cool weather, now it's in the ground and still has most of it's leaves. Looking forward to next year and watching it grow.

Ordered blueberry bushes for a friend after his father last away. They loved the bushes.

Trees got delivered with no signs any thing was wrong. All boxes in good condition and the trees were in good shape. The only thing the surprised me was the trees being bent over to fit in the boxes. Witch did not make any difference.
