Shipping was fast, but the trees given were kinda sad looking. Usually Crape Myrtles come with bundles of stalks not sad single stalked trees.

I bought 2 trees. The trees arrived in a box. They were fine. I planted them. Now they're outside growing. Only thing I'd call out is if I could go back in time and purchase again I would be sure to get the versions of the trees I bought which were a little more grown. In other words, i thought my trees would be like what I saw in the pics (fully grown). But bc I went w the smaller version at checkout I found out when opening the box that it meant I was buying the tree, but a recently sprouted tree. Like the trees have 3-4 branches max, and maybe 5 leaves. Whereas the actual fully grown tree will have 100's of branches and 1000's of leaves.
Quick delivery, trees in good shape. Some trees were significantly smaller than other but so far they are all still alive after planting 2 weeks ago. Great customer service when I had a question, detailed and very fast response. I would recommend!

Order was correct and arrived quick but one of the Trees had a broken main branch... Did not have time to argue or re-order so they are planted but i was not happy as these were memorial trees.

Baught 10 trees. Apples and peaches good so far. Bannana trees all leaves are brown but we will see if they bounce back.
I ordered a condo avocado tree with an avocado plant care kit and followed all the instructions yet this tree has done nothing but die on me. In contact with them via email but I keep getting the instructions repeated to me without much help. It's lost 95% of all its leaves (it's a 6ft tree, I spent more to get a mature tree) and it has been a depressing few weeks watching it die next to all the healthy plants we have. We now have a $200 avocado stick...
Delivery was delayed by 7 days. I was worried that in our HOT Texas weather that I would end up with a bunch of dead sticks. The box came, opened in immediately, put roots and root ball in water for 6 days and just planted it today. It is looking very good. The packing was done very well.
