My tree was shipped quick and arrived in great condition would have been five stars but the planting directions were not that great
Everything was fine with my order. It arrived on time and was in good condition when i received it. I couldn't have asked for more from a company.
I ordered a dwarf crape myrtle last summer. It arrived dead by US Postal Service. I requested and received a refund on just the crape myrtle (no reimbursement for shipping). The refund was in the form of a credit for a reorder or order of something else. I tried to reorder the dwarf crape myrtle, but they were out of stock. I was notified recently that they were available. I reordered the dwarf red crape myrtle and paid more shipping. I received a regular red crape myrtle which was nothing more than a twig with roots. I GIVE UP! I won't be ordering anything else from FastGrowingTrees.com.
Tree came as expected and promised. All products ordered were delivered on time, what else could you ask for.

I live on the lake and have a pesky neighbor who looks out the window and can see onto my deck/patio/backyard. I ordered 10 of these trees to plant and hopefully get a little privacy in a few years & so far I'm super impressed! They seem super sturdy, have taken to the ground & already are growing within the few short weeks that I've had them. Can't wait for them to get to the point where my neighbor can no longer look out and see me on the back patio!

I ordered 1 gallon trees and I believe that I received 6" trees instead. They did not make things easy for me and only offered me a 15% discount on my next order. NOT TOO IMPRESSED!
I recently purchased a small Japanese Maple tree for about $100.00. I was very disappointed when the box arrived with something I would describe as a barely rooted half dead twig with most of its sparse roots uncovered in shipping. When I called to request my money back they proceeded to repeatedly describe to me what a new tree looks like. I have purchased and planted at least 50 trees in my gardening career and am very familiar with what I should get for that amount of money. My options according to them are a 15% discount or a return at my cost with a 25% restocking charge. This for a dying twig. Lesson learned the hard way this is a bad company, STAY AWAY!
