I bought this tree 3 weeks ago, but USPS had serious delays. It took 3 weeks, and I presumed the tree would be dead once it arrived. Interestingly, it was alive and well, and I think it is healthy!
People were very pleasant. Trees are buried under a foot of snow now. Glad I bought insurance. Trees arrived in great condition.

When I received my plant, I had questions and talked with one of their plant care experts. He was also very reassuring and helpful.

I received 1 banana tree that was damaged during shipping. The banana plant was shipped in the same box with 1 of the 2 blueberry plants, neither plant was secured in the box and the top third of the banana had broken off. I think you need to better secure the plants in the box so that they don't shift in the box during transit.
I sent this to my brother in Allentown, Pa. It arrived on time and well packaged. He sent a photo and I was surprised at the size of the plant! It was much larger than I thought and very healthy looking. He and i were so pleased with it and since I purchased the extended warranty, I expect him to enjoy it for years to come!
Hi there. I was recommend by a friend to buy plants from fast growing trees website so I was actually very looking forward to it and it's also my first experience buying plants online. Unfortunately I think I will never do that again. Firstly the shipping was delayed and I am not sure whether I should blame the shipping company or who else to blame that cause the plants hurt so much.
Secondly, I had bought an olive tree and a monstera plant but they are pretty much destroyed upon arrival. I was very hesitant to take any picture because they look so sad. The olive tree had several branches broken off, branches are everywhere in the shipping box. The monstera, on the other hand, doesn't even had a good leave.
If refund is an option, I will choose to do a refund. But very unfortunate I will never want to do this again. Hope to hear from you soon.
My Meyer lemon bush came to us in great shape. Wish us luck that I can keep it alive ;)

$69.95 Japanese Gold Dust Aucuba has been delivered in one box with Orange Tree 'Flying Dragon'. Tender evergreen leaves of the Acuba (which, by the way, were not very healthy from the beginning), appeared very heavy damaged, teared and torn off by Orange Tree huge thorns.
The Meyer lemon tree was packed well, its obviously in its winter dormant stage. After a week here in Washington State with our weak winter sun, it seems to be perking up living by a south window.
Not happy. Plant arrived wilted from frostbite. Hoping for a resolution.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
