Found out when contacting customer service that shipping won't happen until April '21. Would have been nice to have known this when I placed the order in Dec '20. The original online order indicated a 4 Jan shipping date. The customer service representative was friendly and provided a valid explanation, but it would have been nice for the company to reach out to me and not me have to contact them inquiring why I hadn't received my order. Guess we now wait until Spring... only then will know if the product is as I hoped.
My order came quickly and in ok condition. Today is 1/13/2021 and my Hass Avocado Tree has only 4 leaves remaining (but they do not look very good). I have the tree in front of my sliding glass door (with indirect sun) so I have a 60watt LED bulb next to it 24/7. I have watered it once a week. I am not sure if it will survive or not. Any suggestions?
My Burning Bush is dormant (of course) so I will not know anything until spring.

I received my flying dragon variety citrus tree but when talking with the person at fast growing trees I expressed interest in a yuzu tree and was led to believe that the flying dragon was a variety of yuzu. Evidently not.

Tree spent 2 weeks in a box and to no ones surprise, it arrived dead. Shipping standards are extremely poor. You'd think that a company that specializes in selling plants would know better. I repeat, a living thing that needs sun and water. 2 weeks in a box. Almost feels like a scam. Waiting on another tree to be sent QUICKLY (do not want to be responsible for killing another tree because of their incompetence), or a refund. Currently have no confidence that either will happen so I have the BBB and a cc transaction cancellation on standby.

The tree arrived in good shape despite it being shipped in the dead of winter. It is taller than we expected which is a nice surprise. It appears to be getting accustomed to its pot.
Ordering via websites flowers and plants to send to family, etc. is away a challenge--especially first time. The replicants sent pictures and was very impressed the the quality, looks, and healthiness of the plant. THANK YOU!

Received all items in a timely manor. Was a little disappointed with them. The lemon tree i ordered was the 2'-3' category but stands maybe 12" tall. MUCH smaller then expected. The fiddle fig arrived very tightly wrapped underneath the 2 other plants. Because of that there is multiple leaves damaged and dying. Hoping I can nurture it back. The Swiss cheese plant is large and a beautiful green, just not much Swiss in the leaves. Was told to keep it in a sunny spot to allow the leaves to split. Time will tell.

Trees were alive and in decent condition. Re potted them and so far seems like they are going to make it.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
