I order 10 wellow hybrid trees. First I got only 8 of them. When I called they send me another two trees.
I opened and found out 2 other are only tiny sticks without branches. Due to col weather I planned them to prevent of dying.
I send friendly note that I am not happy with that order along with pictures. They returned my email that they do not accept return since they are not in original pot.
I received a damaged package. I had to contact customer service several times to get a resolution. I believe I should have been sent a new tree and the damaged one returned with a shipping box sent to me at no additional cost to me. This was a gift and was in no condition to be presented to the receiver as a gift.

I ordered 10 (1-2 ft.) Leyland Cypress trees. Trees arrival was timely. Trees were in good condition. Planted in January in north central Texas, a month later, trees are still alive. It looks like deer took a small nibble from one after first planting, but they have not retuned to eat them. So far, I am satisfied with the trees.
This is my second order with FGT. The first came in really bad shape and one plant died shortly after getting it. This time was completely different. Both plants came looking much happier and have been doing well ever since.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
