When I ordered the apple tree I was told to expect delivery in March. Imagine my surprise when it arrived a few days later. I called to confirm they would insure it would live through the winter, zone 8, and they did. Tree was in good shape and everything so far is fine.
I've bought probably $1k worth of trees over the past couple years. About 1/3 thrived, 1/3 are still struggling, and 1/3 died, including a $99 tree that arrived in rough shape, declined progressively over a couple weeks, and finally one day as I tried to prop it back up it just came apart in my hands - turns out the base had been rotting from the inside. I was a week past the 30-day guarantee by the time that happened, so of course they were happy to upsell an extension, but after this experience I'm done buying plants online and will buy locally going forward - the survival rate is too low to justify the cost.
Not only do they send their items quickly but they also returned our request for a phone call within 24hrs. Bought my wife a moringa tree for our first anniversary. What a unique way to honor the first year gift of paper. This tree is a great way to tie in her memories of her dad with something we can watch grow and literally eat the fruits of our labor.
Trees are dormant good shape with the exception of where fed x broke a 3 inch tip off top of one tree in shipment. Shipping box had a tear in the end.
While my plant was received quickly it came in an oversized box with directions that indicated which side should be up (good idea) however the plant was not facing that way. That said it survived so far.
I am very pleased with the service. I was so happy when my meyer lemon and clementine trees arrived. I could tell they were packaged with care. The trees looked very healthy. The shipping notifications were on point. I can't wait to plant them.

I have had a lot of bad luck buying citrus trees from other sites. Most of the time they hardly do any growing and do nothing. I am very happy with this tree. It already had little fruit on it when I got it! I can't wait to actually get fruit for once! I received the order well protected in its box. It's kind of going though a little shock phase (which I was warned about) but I replanted it and it's looking better every day. I cannot wait to order more!
I purchased two 5 foot Cherry Laurels. They arrived quickly and in great health. They are settling in nicely and fingers crossed they make the garden their home!
I ordered this tree early January. It is February 1st and I still don't have it. This was a sympathy gift for a friend. I emailed customer service last week about not hearing from them and I still have gotten no response. I won't be buying from this company again

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
