Purchased 1 gal Top Hat on 1/21/21. First time buying a plant from this site. Very well packaged. Shipped very fast. Loved that they left the bush as is so I can prune the stems the way I wanted. Healthy plant that is already sprouting leaves and budding flowers as of 2/11/21. Very happy with my purchase and will be a returning customer.

I've placed a few large orders from FastGrowingTrees, and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed! They're mindful with transport— they prune/trim your plants upon arrival to focus on root growth & minimize damage during the journey. A few of my plants were dinged up in my first order, but since then they've grown quickly & beautifully (totally NOT FastGrowingTree's fault, FedEx was experience horrendous shipping delays due to COVID). I also love their unique selection— I purchased a Yerba Mate tree & Hass avocado tree; no idea where else I'd be able to find those! So if you enjoy being a plant parent & want some dope plants, I highly recommend FastGrowingTrees. (:

Had 30 1' tall Thujas delivered for a natural fence line and they are doing great! Would definitely order from Fast Growing Trees again for future landscaping projects. Easy to order, lots of info on the website, and quick, trackable shipping from one coast to the other.
My initial order had some issues. Wrong tree and a tree completely out of the container during shipment and was a bare root mess. I was contacted by a FGT customer service expert and after a few e-mails were exchanged back and forth with some photos, replacements were sent out. The replacements trees arrived today and I was truly impressed by them. I was not only made "whole" for the purchase, but truly saw an example of excellent customer service. When I initially contacted FGT about my order I indicated that my repeat business in the future was in doubt. I can now say without hesitation or reservation that I look forward to placing my next order with FGT. Highly recommend!

Trees arrived, looking a bit brown around the edges. Too early to tell how they're adapting.
Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Planted the same day i received but something ate all of the branches off of one. Made wire fences to go around each of them. Hopefully the one comes back. Just a stem sticking out of the ground now
